  1. Gahh. It would have been a pretty low lift to update Morbius with dark blue paint and give him “creepy snake pupils.” I feel like this release makes that possibility even more remote now, which is a shame.

  2. I guess I was the odd man out on finding morbius. Y’all had them coming out your ears.

  3. Did they recall all the peg-warming Morbiuses from 2014 or whatever and just repackage them here? It’s the EXACT same figure!

  4. If we had gotten a new character to for with this set like, say, animated series Alistair Smythe, then people would flip because of the same reasons we haven’t been liking the 2-5 packs like the Wolverine set from Amazon or the Stryfe set recently.

  5. Killer avatar icon. Nice Mad Tv Kenny Rogers.
Better off this being an exclusive. And did these really sell that bad first time around? Plus, Spiderverse success means get as many variants of Spider folk out there as possible. They want spider-man to sell similar to iron man, cap, and Wolverine. Constant variations, all the time. We’re still getting the deep, back catalog character every wave too. I don’t think this is a bad set.

  6. I agree, would have been nice to get the torso articulation the first time around. However, I passed on it last time for that reason, so now…they might have me.
Don’t need another morbius though. My son might want it.

  7. I’m a little disappointed, I expected to see a villain to be able to completed the three figures, since it would have made two heroes and a villain. I expected more especially an ennemy of Captain America or Iron Man like Crimson Dynamo or a new Crossbones

  8. Not sure there’s even new paint apps on either of these two. I guess the nasty splotchy skin tone on Morbius? By the way, love your profile pic.

  9. Seems like a decent release for late adopters/newer collectors who missed out on the earlier releases but not so much vet collectors who were willing to upgrade.

  10. So we finally get a six-armed Spidey with torso articulation…..but with zero updates beyond that. Love this Morbius…that I already own. Another swing and a miss.

  11. “What do we do with two figures no one wanted the first time around? Slap some new paint and articulation on them and put them in a box set! Gotta make money on them somehow! These rubes will lap up any of the slop we sell them! Don’t forget to make it an Exclusive! They’ll really go crazy for that!” -Hasbro
