The first deluxe figure in the NECA Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon line is getting ready to release, and it comes in the form of the impressive Metalhead!

The Target-exclusive TMNT line is exploding in 2020, and Metalhead is set to release alongside the third wave of two-packs in early summer. As you can see, this dude is big, features multiple add-on accessories, and has an impressive articulation scheme that includes a moveable jaw, and opening chest and back. Oh, and don’t forget that vacuum cleaner!
Metalhead kicks off a new form for the line that will also include Krang (in his iconic android body), and the Alpha Foot Soldier later this year. I am quite pleased with this new execution as it will allow for larger characters we might not get in the two-packs, and will allow some flexibility for when a figure really needs to be plussed up.
These are exciting times, fellow TMNT fans, so get hyped for Metalhead – he will be here soon!
