Weta Workshop is not my usual cup of tea since they typically produce very large, detailed statues, but I did see a bunch of stuff there this year that caught my eye. Take a look!
The first thing that caught my eye were these incredible little statues called mini epics. They have a very charming caricature style that called me from across the room and cover a variety of licenses from LOTR to Ghostbusters.
They also had some killer statues from the new Dark Crystal show. The original Skeksis gave me nightmares as a kid, so I’m glad to see they’ll be back to traumatize a new generation.
