It appears Bandai Spirits is expanding their model kit line to include Woody and Buzz from Toy Story 4. Amazing sculpts, affordable, and fun to put together? Sign me up!

The cool thing about model kit figures is that every part and piece is separate so there are no paint lines to worry about between things that are actually molded together on standard action figures.
It also looks like there are some action features on Buzz, like opening arm and expanding wings, but both figures seem to have moving eyes and alternate face plates for different expressions. And then, of course, multiple hands. The blurb also mentions both waterslide and standard decals.
Each kit is set to cost about $27 with Buzz releasing in June, Woody in July. Pre-orders should be up soon.
