Such a little teaser of the MAFEX Wolverine but soooooo much to talk about!
But then we saw a comic style Gwenpool, and a Spider-Man, and another Spider-Man, and Venom, and speaking for myself, I got excited. Medicom has upped their game, improving the overall quality of their figures. Gone are the days of C-3PO falling apart out of the package or Superman being an immobile mess.
Plus, the figures just looked damn good. Still do. We only have Gwenpool in our hands at the moment and while she may have a paint problem or two, she a nice toy. Spider-Man should be out next month. And now there is this.

I know, I wish it was bigger too. I wanna see every little joint and striation. At first glance it appears to be a nice representation of the tiger stripe in plastic though. A little thin but oooooooo unmasked head. Hands. Down mask. Articulation galore.
But there is also this.

We’ve got the look, we’ve got the extras, we’ve most likely got the quality, but I’ve been worried about the scale here most of all. Medicom likes to drift around sometimes. And while Gwenpool fits in fine with our overall display, Deadpool appears to be large, although he’s listed at 160mm. Spidey at 155mm, Miles at 160. Venom is also listed at 160mm? So sizes may be weird.
Case in point, as you can see, Wolverine is listed at 160mm, or 6.2 inches. I don’t know. I’ll have to give it a try, or wait for more pics comparing. That’s probably the prudent thing to do. Makes sure he’s actually the same height as Deadpool before getting a little sad. Unless they are just throwing out random heights for the listings. Slow down. Just wait and see.
BUT I WANNA KNOW NOW!
Otherwise, it’s about $77 and is scheduled for November. Which in Medicom terms means December or January.
