Can we just accept the fact that most eBay Frenzys are going to be Marvel Legends heavy? Every other week I rack my brain trying to figure out a different way to say “Hey, lots of ML with a smattering of other properties and toylines.” And it’s not like there aren’t great non-Marvel customs out there, it just seems that for every Star Wars or DC custom I run across, there’s 5-6 Legends customs surrounding it. Okay, whew, that’s off my chest.
I saw Deadpool 2 this weekend. Twice. So I may be in full Wade mode but I can’t help loving this Hulkbuster Deadpool. And it seems to love us back!
I love the modern rendition of Drax (Is it still modern in the comics? With the red tattoos and pants and knives?) but I also have a soft spot for the old (not original, I know, I know, he was skinny originally) bulky dumb Drax.
I don’t know if Venom Daredevil is a thing, and my lack of knowledge means I have no attachment whatsoever to the look, but what caught my eye here is the seamlessness. It looks fantastic on it’s own. It makes me want to find out if Venom Daredevil is actually a thing. And that means a lot. Great presentation too.
I feel like I need a Garrison Kane but it feels incomplete without a hand-shooting-off-and-flying-around accessory.
It doesn’t help that this group shot is included. DAMN IT ’90S, QUIT BEING SO NOSTALGIC ALL OF THE SUDDEN! (If you’ve followed past Frenzys you’d know that I’m just being dramatic, damn talented customizers going X-Force crazy for the past few months ain’t helping at all.) (parentheses frenzy)

I’m a trooper junkie, and even more so when they are individualized a bit, like this First Order Army Builder Set.
I remember once saying we need more Excalibur. Feels like forever ago. Maybe it was about a Nightcrawler? Anyway, we also need Shadowcat in all of her blue and blue glory.
It wasn’t the fact that it’s a figure of Snake Eyes that made me feel warm and fuzzy, although that helped. It was the realization that it’s on an old Toy Biz Bullseye, gloves and boots and all. I dig the addition of armor plates to help hide that fact but, man, remember the good old days of using the ever-living hell out of this body? Good times.
I don’t see a lot of Runaways customs but the colors of Karolina grabbed my attention and then the nice Molly made me want a set of my own.
You can see a DC Icons body a mile away but that takes nothing away from this Red Son Superman. I say that like I hate Icons, I’ve actually bought quite a few since the line was cancelled (grrrr DC Collectibles, grrrr). That lower ab hinge just throws me when I first see it, every time.
How. Many. Times. Do. I. Have. To. Post. A. Jim. Lee. Storm. Before. We. Get. An. Official. One?? You wouldn’t think it would be hard to type like that, but it is. Yeah, we had the old Toy Biz one that some like but I want one in actual human proportions, head and all. Although this is the wrong color costume (fight me, it’s supposed to be black and I never liked the cartoon, FIGHT ME!!) I will admit it can be striking in white. Or silver. 
Like I said, full on ’90s mode lately, and that means a classic looking Thunderbird/Warpath. Along with an original Thunderbird too. Gotta stay true to my roots.
Mandalorians comes in all shapes and designs, and this is one just butter. Smooth and liable to kill you if you mess with it too much.
Fairly easy recipe for G.I.Joe Jinx but executed flawlessly.

Another Deadpool, this time of the Evil variety, but just look at this crazy thing. A tad bit of sculpting but the paint work is sooooooo fantastic. All those seams and stitches. My hat is off to you, and my hat doesn’t come off very often.
And then, for the first time in a long while, I end with a figure that isn’t Marvel nor mutant nor in brightly colored spandex. It’s a custom figma of The Crow. Now I know, it’s stylized and such, but there is just something about this thing. It’s so nicely done and the accessories included are outstanding. I mean, four different faceplates? Three hairstyles? Lots of hands? Amazing.
