Out of nowhere, China strikes again on the Marvel Legends front. We heard that some of these were outright cancelled, and it was two years ago (almost exactly) that these were announced at SDCC ’13. So why now? Why two years later do these pop up? Are they lost test shots, or a production run cut short and tossed aside? Earlier in the day this seller had more of the same figures with a BIN, those are gone but there are still regular auctions up. So that means there were more than one of each. Most of all…why do they have no heads? Not just these, but his other, way-less-rare figures also have no heads. Will the heads pop up later and go for insane amounts, to go with the bodies that are sure to go fast?
So many questions.
Like I said, the seller has other, more current figures without heads, but he also has some figures that did see release. Two years ago. At SDCC ’13. Without heads.
