Amazon has put the Avengers Legends Infinite Thanos wave up for pre-order, but they are kind of hard to find.
There isn’t a search string that brings them all up at the same time, you have to dig for each individually. But, if you prefer Amazon than here you go.

Alternately, you can still pre-order these from BigBadToyStore or Dorkside Toys. These two list the wave as coming in March while Amazon lists it as May, so that may be a determining factor too.
