3A Toys: Transformers Bumblebee Pre-Order Begins 12/12

3A BB

3A Toys is dipping its feet into the vast world of Cybertron (well, at least the Michael Bay version of Cybertron) with their upcoming release of Bumblebee from the Transformers movies, and even if the movie designs are not your cup of tea, you have to admit that is one impressive-looking figure.

This appears to be a Bambaland-exclusive edition with an exclusive accessory, which probably means Bumblebee will be available elsewhere after the Bambaland sale closes. This is usually the case with 3A licensed offerings, so I would expect to see it pop up at Big Bad Toy Store, Sideshow, etc. shortly after the 12th.

Here are some details:

That price tag is no joke, but neither is this figure. Rumor has it Megatron and Starscream are also planned, and we’ve seen a prototype image of their Optimus Prime floating around as well, so I’m curious to see how deep 3A delves into the license.

There’s no indication as to whether or not the figure transforms, but looking at the design, I think it’s safe to assume it doesn’t, especially since there are no pics of an alt mode.
