Wow. I mean, realy, wow. We saw all of these figures at SDCC’14 but seeing them packaged? Wow.
First off, look how full all of the packages are. If it’s not filled by the size of the figure or the BAF piece, then it’s accessories or multiple BAF pieces. Iron Fist’s number of extra hands alone is impressive. Claw hands, kung-fu hands, choppy hands, and fists? Be still my heart! Along with Iron Fist is Machine Man, Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Thor, Sentry, and Captain Marvel.
The carded pictures also reveal which BAF parts come with which characters. To make a long story short, if you want to build both Odin and Thor you’re going to need two Thors, two Iron Fists, and two Hawkeyes. I kind of wish the regular Thor came with no BAF and Iron Fist came with the two BAF legs, but what can ya do?
Me, I may be good just building Odin, although I don’t look forward to that Thor head staring at me from the fodder box, or those extra arms reaching out to a body I can never provide. Oh, who am I kidding, what are three more figures after all these years…
