A new promo image of the Revo 002 Stormtrooper has popped up and while I’m excited about all the six inch scaled Star Wars goodness lately, this leaves me a little cold.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all over anything and everything in Stormtrooper armor but there is just something about the belt area that is turning me off. The huge gap just isn’t attractive. What’s odd is that it wasn’t on any of the prototypes we’ve seen so far.
Was the codpiece altered to allow for more range of movement in the hips? Was it always that way and the new pics have it assembled wrong or pushed out the way by accident? We’ll have to wait and see.
The Star Wars Revo 002 Stormtrooper will be available January 2015 for around $48.
