Good gravy, here I go gushing over these things again.
AmiAmi has put their preorders up for Bandai’s Darth Vader and Stormtrooper model kits. Yeah, it’s even better than we thought. 30% off when you preorder, which makes them $16.53. You know I already snagged mine. You can’t lose at this price, even if it’s not perfect it’s still another option in the new 6 inch Star Wars. That’s not bad grammar there, I meant the new war to see who can make the better Star Wars 6 inch toys. I can’t even keep up anymore. But like I said, $17? I’m in just to see what they’re all about.
And to top it off, AmiAmi also posted nice new big pics of both models. Woo!
Darth Vader preorder. These give a better look at Vader’s plastic cape and it’s articulation. It’s different, a little weird, but it’s not as blatantly obvious in it’s joints as the Revoltech Vader cape.
Stormtrooper preorder These larger pics kind of highlight the trooper’s slightly awkward elbows, but I’ll wait until he’s in hand to judge them fully. Now get in my hand!
