Pictures have popped up of Playmates Toys’ Mirage Comic based Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on card and I can’t help but like them better carded. Something about that black and white art down in the corner tickles my fancy. Like I said in the original article about these I’ll end up picking these up as I can’t help myself when a whole set of the brothers gets released. Again, they aren’t anywhere near the NECA versions but they are nifty for what they are.
And just to throw this out there, and because I missed it, Playmates also showed their Bebop and Rocksteady figures based on the Nick toon. Rocksteady is so bought but Bebop strays a little too far from how I picture the mutant warthog. Who am I kidding, I’ll buy it anyway.
