With all the excitement surrounding Marvel Legends again I’ve taken to hitting up Ebay on Sundays once more. Today was filled with ML customs. Ideas flooding my brain, searching for inspiration. Here’s some of the ones that caught my eye.
This Bulldozer may be bigger than I’d like but I can’t deny that the sculpt and paint work is clean.
There has been talk on the forums about a classic Thor on the new Hyperion body and this is what it would look like. The head isn’t classic but you get the idea.
We should have the new Sentry and Hawkeye coming, but this Dark Avengers two pack is pretty sweet. I like the use of the actual Bullseye head and the fact the bow can be drawn.
I’m not quite sure what this Carnage is based upon but I like the use of heroes weapons and the sculpt work. No idea what is going on with the photoshopped heads on Jedi bodies in the background though.
Always have to include a Deadpool and his Marvel Now costume is ripe for the picking.
This Punisher is clean and simple. The base body escapes me though.
I always have been and always will be a sucker for Captain Universe Spider-Man.
Both Marvel Now Psylocke and Rogue are awesome, and with the release of the current Storm I find myself wanting these figures.
This is the Constrictor we should have gotten.
I’m not familiar with Mania, she’s apparently a clone of the Venom symbiote. The custom made me go look that up.
Another discussion that has been floating around the forums forever is a classic Thanos that is smaller than the Marvel Select version. Here’s what that would look like on the Avengers Hulk body. I’d buy it.
Another characters unknown to me. Ebay is making me do research and learn new things, how dare it! But here’s Silk, who caught my eye because of the nice sculpting.
And finally, here’s a fairly simple Hulk but the bulkier arms and lighter green used just screams to me. Plus any Hulk using that Face Off Hulk head is a-okay in my book. The pants aren’t ripped up but ah well. Still awesome.
