So, I thought that I would not be doing this kind of thing for this year’s Subscription Drive, but here we are…
So, the sign-ups for the 2015 Club Eternia subscription end this coming Monday (8/18). I have to say that there has not been a lot of fear mongering or online fighting about the subs this year, in fact, most of the news has been pretty optimistic. We are due another update today, but as of this past Tuesday, we were sitting at about 76%. I am personally confident that we will hit the goal, but just in case, I wanted to do a little reminder of what when already know is coming, and what WILL BE releasing in 2015. Yep, that is right: we pretty much know what we are getting. Toy Guru has promised us that, if next year happens, we will complete the entire vintage MOTU figure line, all of the vintage Princess of Power unique characters and then some A-List guys from New Adventures, Filmation, etc.

Okay, so what do we already know is coming? Well, pretty much the entire first quarter of 2015 was revealed at Comic Con a few weeks ago. So, here is the timeline as we know it.
JANUARY 2015 – LIZARD MAN
A-List? Check. Filmation? Check. Heroic Warrior? Check. Lizard Man is the biggest Filmation name without a figure at this point and if 2015 happens, he will join the party complete with (mostly) all-new tooling.
FEBRUARY 2015 – NINJA WARRIOR (NINJOR)
There are so few vintage MOTU figures left to be done, but Ninjor here has been fan-demanded for a very long time. He was one of the last of the vintage line and so continues that tradition here, but just look at him – he turned out soooo good. He has two heads, all of his vintage weapons AND the removable 200x Jitsu belt. Don’t worry about the name, that is just a trademark thing.
MARCH 2015 – HUNTARA
The fan choice figure from SDCC 2013 is finally coming next March and so checks off another very memorable Filmation character. This purple Grace Jones is sure to add some power to your Great Rebellion and since she was chosen by the fans, it would be a shame if she wasn’t released.
Q1 2015 – SNAKE ARMOR HE-MAN VS BATTLE ARMOR KING HSSSS
Here is a surprising entrant into the line! While we have a good idea as to who is coming in 2015, the surprises are what keeps the excitement going. SA He-Man has been long demanded in the line, and with him comes that 200x head; plus, fans have been calling for a better update to their Classics King Hssss pretty much since the original was released.
2015 SUBSCRIPTION EXCLUSIVE – OO-LARR
The very first media He-Man is finally coming to Classics! This barbarian He-Man made his debut in the original MOTU mini comic and he has been a fan favorite ever since. I find it very appropriate that he is being used as a bit of a bookend to the Classics line, so the wait is almost over. Plus, dig that AWESOME vintage toy He-Man head – that will be replacing Classics He-Man heads around the globe in no time.
2015 TRAVELING CONVENTION – HOVER BOTS
Skeletor FINALLY has an army! Another beloved Filmation addition, these little tin cans of destruction will be making the rounds to the conventions next year. They come three to a pack so army building will be made easy and they are set come with all kinds of interchangeable parts. The lord of Snake Mountain can finally drive back all of those Palace Guards, Snake Men and Horde Troopers with a league of his own!
WHAT’S LEFT
So, that is what is coming, but let’s do a quick rundown of what we have been promised if 2015 happens. Essentially, we will be getting all of those vintage figures left undone, so you can count on getting the following if you sign-up and the sub goes through:

Plus, there will be lots of surprises along the way. There is still a lot of Filmation and 200x and comic characters that need to be done, so another mini sub is also likely for next year.
