I haven’t played Titanfall but it seems everyone is getting in on the mech and pilot thang lately, especially toys. And that is definitely not bad. Do we have Pacific Rim to thank or was there something else I missed, peeking out at the world through my Hobbit hole window of life? It seems like it’s been forever since these type of toys have caught my eye but now I can name two or three companies doing them off the top of my head. Exciting times.

Today we want to share with you something BIG!
Witness the rise of the Titans, as we will be making figures from first-person shooter multiplayer video game, called: Titanfall.
In Titanfall, players compete on a war-torn planet, playing as mech-style Titans and their pilots. We will disclose more details about figures, which we are making as we get closer to showing the prototype (which will happen really soon), however we can already say that Titan on this teaser is about 20″ tall and will come with the pilot.
20 inches, with a pilot? I’m going to guess the pilot is 3 and 3/4 but looking around at images, it could be fudged into 6 inch scale.
Mech’s crotch is at about 10 inches, pilot could very well be 6. But then again, this image is directly from the Titanfall site and makes a smaller scale seem more likely.
We shall wait and see!
