It’s weird. When the Amazing Yamaguchi line started I wondered what a Revoltech Wolverine would look like. And I’ll be, they nailed every pose I could imagine. Plus, when was the last time you saw a Marvel action figure comes with a cigar?
Even though I didn’t have the greatest experience with Venom I still dig the line. Call it bad QC on mine or a few of us, whatever, I heard a lot of people say they didn’t have as much trouble with theirs. Of course I had a few call me dumb for apparently not knowing how to work a Revoltech figure. Funny, I had no problem with Spider-Man or Deadpool and I love those figures. Collectors can be cruel. I’m scarred for life.
Anyway, forget all that. This is Wolverine baby!
The figure looks to mix the articulation schemes of both Venom and Deadpool, while putting the size smaller than either. That’s a good thing in my mind since some of the problem I had with Venom was the weight of the plastic and the overall bulk. Some of the parts were just too heavy for the joints. That doesn’t look to be a problem with Logan.
Any pose you can imagine, this is going to be able to do it.
Unlike Wade and Peter though, this looks to be able to pull of a pretty convincing vanilla pose. Or maybe this is just the prototype. We’ll see, I guess.
Accessories include three heads, several hands, claws, a slash effect, and a cigar. It’s been a long time, cigar! How have you been doing? Lonely?
