Tokyo Comic Con ’17: S.H. Figuarts Star Wars and Others, MAFEX Gwenpool, New Movie Realization, and More

There is just too much coming out of Tokyo Comic Con and Tamashii Nations, so here is a quick post showing pretty pictures of random things like the Bandai Movie Realization Deadpool, Kylo Ren, and Captain Phasma, the MAFEX Gwenpool, S.H. Figuarts Justice League and Iron Man along with a few Star Wars updates, and the Amazing Yamaguchi Carnage.

First, if you missed last night’s post about all the wonderful Star Wars Figuarts on display, go check that out. In there we saw the EPII Obi-Wan Kenobi standing behind the placard for EPIII Obi-WAn. There was confusion. Rioting in the streets. Mass hysteria. Fear not, the actual EPIII Obi-Wan was standing up on the EPII shelf.

Here’s a closer shot of TFA Han.

You can almost feel the scruff!

Also on display is a The Force Awakens Rey. Wha? Whe? How?

Here’s another Battle Droid shot, along with the Super Battle Droid also hiding in the display.

Dirty pool having a sign for The Empire Strikes Back and not actually having figures from the movie. I bet they are waiting for the 40th anniversary.

Some other random close-ups.

And finally, a close up of EPIII Anakin. Sith eyes!

I’ve avoided the Movie Realization line so far, as tempting as it is, but I can’t pass on these. They work too well.

Here’s some more Amazing Yamaguchi Carnage. Still no release date but it’s labeled as #8.

Medicom has been non-existent on the MAFEX Star Wars front lately, which is a shame because the quality is getting great, but they are showing a Marvel comics Gwenpool. The start of a new line?

Here’s some random SHF Justice League and Iron Man figures on display.

The thing to remember about most of the Figuarts, the placards say “Display Only.” That means they may show up later, they may not. Some of that Star Wars stuff is a year or two older. Why they tease like this, I don’t know, but don’t get your hopes up TOO much.

TOO much.

TOO late, I’m TOO excited. Damn it.
