I bought a loose lot off ebay a while back and was surprised at how detailed War Machine is and how much you used to get for $12 or $15. The articulation and amount of accessories and overlays was incredible.

Also, I don't keep tabs on ebay prices, but I wonder if Warewolf by Night from the monsters box set is going to blow up with that TV show coming. That figure is the only option out there as of now. That whole set is another winner. I display them every Halloween.

I haven't been able to bring myself to get rid of any ML or ML-adjacent Thing figure by TB. Even 1st Appearance Thing, I might be the only one but I love that goofball! Plus, it allows me to recreate the cover of Marvel Two-In-One #50:

I can’t really count Angel as he doesn’t have a replacement. I really wish I kept my Green Goblin, as he’s the perfect Romita version. I do keep TB Beast in the Avengers display.

I've gotten rid of several, and I'm trying to get rid of others, but I still have about 27 of my faves displayed. I won't be getting rid of those - unless killer re-dos are done. Hasbro tends to do really good re-dos. However, some Toybiz versions still tend to be strong enough (or even superior) that I just can't replace it, so I end up possessing both old and new.

Someone mentioned the Apocalypse BAF. Even though I'm not a big fan of the character, that thing remains my fave Toybiz BAF. I think it's a 4H sculpt. Aside from the ugly hips, it's aged well and it's freaking huge. Buying a Hasbro re-do of the same size would easily start retail price in the 3 digits.

Spideyboy's list reminded me I still have a lot more than I listed. Forgot about the Monsters boxset and the Hulk figures and Beta Ray Bill. I also added the faceoff Baron Strucker head to a CATFA Hydra soldier body.

I have very few ToyBiz still in rotation on my shelf, but the Romita Sr. Green Goblin is a permanent fixture. He just looks like a comic panel brought to life, and I've yet to find anything close to it that captures Norman Osborn in his classic comic appearance. At this point, I kinda doubt that I'm ever replacing him, as I don't see Hasbro's efforts to be anywhere near as perfect as this one.

Aside from him, I do have my Conan from the Legendary Comic Book Heroes line hanging with my Punisher, Elektra, and Brother Voodoo figures from Hasbro. He holds up fairly well, in my estimation (I know he technically isn't an ML...but c'mon...). I also have the BAF Sentinel on display, as I love his sculpt (and was broke when the HasLab campaign was going). I will always display the first Spider-Man Legends figure with my Spider-Verse display, since he started my whole collection. He is dated, and his joints are rather loose now, but what a wonderful figure who came out at a time when super articulated figures were unheard of (also, he came out in 2002....and was PINLESS!). Oh, and Howard the Duck is still hanging out on my shelf as well!

I definitely feel that Face-Off Hulk holds up, though I did finally replace him when the Hulk vs 1st Appearance Wolverine set came out.

It no longer fits with modern figures stylistically, but I think Water Wars Wolverine is still one of the five best Wolverine sculpts ever.

Not as detailed as modern figures, but it captures the essence of the character masterfully and does
things like scale, posture and expression better than most modern interpretations.
