I don't think of Mad Thinker or Red Ghost as being that tubby. They have blocky bodies. If you reused the arms and legs from the Doc Ock body with a more square; less portly torso that would work for me. They really are just as close to the Red Skull / Dormammu body as they are the Doc Ock body. You could use the body for Leland with just on overset covering the torso. Would prob need new arms, calves and feet.

He only needs new, longer legs from the knee down and his overlay/quiver would be perfect to plug those Doc Ock back holes.
