Has anybody discerned if Ravager Thor’s arms are seated with a plug that could be prised/popped out like the Odinson body or the chest needs to be cracked?

Perhaps someone has already disassembled one?

If it's anything close to the Vulcan body, you should be able to heat up the shoulders and just pop them out.

I ended up turning the Cap into a SWAT figure (I need to finish those)
If you have any extra SHIELD trooper helmet heads, you my want to try them on the Gamerverse Cap body. I did and they look pretty good in my opinion. I've got a few of them serving as Thunderbolts support troops.

I actually ended up buying some casts of those that I need to finish painting.

I did the same when the SHIELD Trooper pack came out:

As did I. I like the SHIELD helmet better on the blue Cap, even though the black Cap is more generic and convincing as a SWAT type soldier. I'm glad to have this kind of diversity within my armies now. Lots of different SHIELD, AIM, Hydra, Skrull bodies. There's even some variety in Hand ninjas and Ultron shells.

I’ve been wondering the same thing about the 80th Thor and the recent Controller wave Thor. Given that his arms are now bare in the new costume, I’ve been considering swapping them if it’s easily done.

General rule of thumb is that if the figure has an ab crunch/hinge, it's a ABS torso from which you cannot heat and pop limbs. If it's a torso pivot, such that can be achieved with a barbell, or a diaphragm joint as others call it, it's a PVC torso and the arms can be heated off from the shoulder peg that inserts into the torso.

No the Ravager Thor isn’t like the Vulcan body, it’s a hard ABS torso, what I was meaning is, there looks like a socket in the torso for the shoulder peg to sit into like it was designed similar to Mister Fantastic or a BAF like Super Skrull, but in some cases like the Luke Cage/ Hydroman/Rider’s Punisher the end of the peg won’t pop back out again after it has been inserted. Odinson is like this too, but if you’re really careful you can get that figure’s arms out without damaging the socket.

It’s all a question of the profile of the end of the peg and if it snags firmly in the socket or can pop gently out, and I was just wondering if anybody had already done it before I risk destroying the socket if I’m wrong. I did a search online to see if there was a disassembly picture but no luck.

Thanks anyway, I’ll just have to try carefully and see what happens

Anybody able to tell me if the gloves on the Morph from the Sugar Man wave are sculpted or overlays?

I've seen this picture before so I likely got the idea from you. lol!

I use the Stealth Cap body for my army builders. I plan on going a step further and removing the blue from the helmet thereby making it all black.

Good info! Any idea if this works for any of the suited bodies, like Everett Ross?

Occurs to me to post this here as I think a few people mentioned this as a possibility and yes it works really nicely for Joseph

I'm not feeling the hair sculpt & it doesn't look white enough, but whose arms are those?

I need an extra Animated Morph head for a custom, but feel like it might just be easier to wait for the training uniform figures for Joseph, than have to get two figures to cobble him together.

The arms are a straight swap with Cyclops as I wanted him to have a jacket.

Animated, I assume? I wasn't aware he was out. Did they pop out because of the butterflies, hopefully?

When I popped the hand off, looks like an overlay since the wrist inside is blue. The yellow doesn't slide off, so maybe glued.
