For me personally, if you headlined or lead any of the books, I think those figures deserve top priority
Magneto
Rouge
Quicksilver
Shadowcat/Colossus
Nightcrawler
Gambit
Havok/Cyclops
(This not in order, just me throwing out names)

I disagree about Gambit, I liked the short hair cut and earring, and him throwing real knifes instead of cards, the short jacket not his iconic long one was cool for me. I have to admit that my favorite character from that book was Rictor. But to each their own

I'd be content with:

Magneto
Rogue
Sabretooth
Nightcrawler (but in X-Force colors)
Cyclops
Iceman
Sinister
or maybe squeeze Legion in, he sort of fits.

BAF Holocaust/Nemesis/whatever we're calling him these days

Out of my original wish list I think Gambit is the only one who has a chance to get made so I really hope they make him.

My original wish list had Dazzler and Jubilee too.

*Magneto and Bishop 2 pack - Magneto with an Alternate unmasked head.
*Iceman as the exclusive, with just ALOT Of extra Ice stuff. Giant hands and a long Ice trail and all sorts of rad stuff. Go nuts!
*AOA Wave 2:
- Sabertooth - An easy choice. I mean we have Wildchild and his chain, we need Creed
- Cyclops - Finishing out the Logan/Jean/Scott triangle. In a perfect world we'd also do Havok, but I think we don't have the spots.
- Nightcrawler - The star of X-Caliber, and one of the characters to have a life after the series.
- Gambit - As well as his own book, Gambit was just in a lot of the other series in Flashbacks and the like.
- Rogue - In a perfect world, with a Matthew pack in, but I suspect that wouldnt cost out.
- Jubilee - As much a part of Xternals as Gambit was, Jubes was a great character with a cool look in AOA.
- Quicksilver - Sucha huge part of the AOA stories, and with a cool look too.
BAF - Colossus - Pumped up and badass looking, Colossus would be an awesome BAF to finish the line.
I stand by my list from almost 12 months ago.

It's been probably a decade since I've read AoA, and Legends II for PS2 has clouded my recollection of the exact story and team makeups.
But for me I'd be good with villains: Apocalypse, Sugar Man, Dark Beast, Nemesis (I could live with the one we have, but a new one would be nice); and then finish off with Prelate Summers, Essex/Sinister, and Abyss if they could pull it off.

For the good guys; we already have Morph, Nate, Wild Child, and Blink. Magneto, Rogue, and Sabretooth are musts.
Then I'd like to have Colossus, Nightcrawler, and Storm.
I would take Gambit, Bishop, Iceman, and Shadowcat, as well as Jubilee and Havok.

And I like Caine's "Monkernaut" look, and Toad too, but I could live without them. Though, I REALLY don't want AoA Blob.

Honestly, I'd still buy just about any X figure. Especially in a non dedicated wave as I'd likely want the BAF. But the figures listed above would give a nice "complete" feeling for me.

I didn’t wind up buying the whole
First Wave, it looked nice but the only AU characters I display are Spidey.

That said my best guess for a second wave would be to finish off The Astonishing team with Sabretooth, Iceman, Magneto and Rogue herself leaving the other two spots to either Nightcrawler, Gambit and Cyclops with Nemesis BAF.

I don’t see them doing any real deep dive characters or starting the other teams.

Matthew was the infant son of Ka-Zar and Shanna, also drawn by Kubert during the late nineties.

Meanwhile, Franklin Richards was born in the 60s and had to undergo a time skip after Secret Wars just to get to puberty.

I was going over the list of expected waves for the next year and noticed that we actually have an AoA Wave 2 slated for September 2021. When was this uncovered? Is this legit? By legit, I mean as reliable as all of the other leaks we typically get. I'll obviously buy more AoA guys to add to the already impressive amount we have, but maaaaaaaaan, I was really hoping for a proper X-Wave this year.

As legit as it gets before Hasbro unveils the product. Our own tatooinesandworm reported it.

I'm also hoping for a general X wave this year, but I'm not overly optimistic. We already have two X waves on the books between House of X and AoA.
