Now it makes sense why Waller’s daughter is on the crew. Butterflies are interesting as in there are factions for sure. And then being all over the planet seems to be not an invasion but migration as butterflies will do.

The prison scene was good. Vigilante is crazy like a fox but did slip up with the dad comment.

So how do they get the Karate kid to join? He’s obviously going to join the team.

I just caught this show over the weekend - add me to the list of folks that really enjoy it! That last bit and the end off episode 4 with the flashback scene was surprisingly heavy for such a seemingly silly show, I have to say Im much more impressed with Cena's performance than I thought I would be. looking forward to what comes next!

Unless it’s a symbiotic arrangement. Judo seems to think their existence isn’t as nefarious as the black ops team was painting. They are blowing the brains out it may not be as invasion of the body snatcher in nature.

I think Adebayo may be my favorite character. Peacemaker is, obviously, the focus and, along with Vigilante, very entertaining, and Harcourt is cool, but Adebayo is putting in quite the performance in this show.

She's definitely the heart of the show. I'm enjoying the series. It is interesting that it seems to be about mind controlling alien creatures after the Suicide Squad movie had been about mind controlling alien creatures.

Whelp I was wrong. It’s definitely body snatchers. Dang that was a hostile takeover. There is no symbiosis here.

How many episodes? I’m seeing some huge beast battle at the barn.

Goff or Ick Ick something used peace sign as a ruse to try and escape, right? Goff is definitely thinking his people are the priority and cares nothing for humans.

I thought next episode is the finale, so agree big battle at the barn between everybody.

At the moment, the story Mern tells seems to be accurate, was expecting a twist and it may still come. Kind of surprising if there is no twist actually.

I agree it was pretty impactful that the butterflies so brutally took out the one character that might have been the most "good" and then went all out at the police station. Now there is no moral conundrum like "can we remove the butterflies and have the people come back" holding back Peacemaker et al from doling out the inevitable carnage.

Yeah I just saw James Gunns post on IG about watching ep 7 & 8 with crew.

So ep 7 May be him dealing with White Dragon. I do think the Barn is the finale. I think the show may be heading to Suicide Squad type final beast battle. It may even rope in his father’s weaponry. I don’t think the Butterflies main source of nutrition is going to have a light defense.

I have been singing that dang Do you wanna taste it song all day…it is a serious ear worm.

I have been singing that dang Do you wanna taste it song all day…it is a serious ear worm.

I had made a James Gunn playlist on Amazon Music and every week now I'm adding more music from this show to it. They even have Cena's piano piece from last week's episode.

The only one I didn't add was the "Monster" song that seemed to be on repeat this last episode. It was a bit much.
