Like...yeah that shows he's gonna be in the movie, something we kinda knew since the first teaser, but that doesn't mean he's getting a figure until proven otherwise.

Re: Across the Spider-Verse Wave
I get that the designs aren't for everyone, and they may not fit into you pre-established collection. But the uniqueness of these is what I love. They stand out and are different, and the previous ITSV wave had some of my favorite Marvel Legends for that reason. This is what I want more of from Marvel Legends. Unique and accurate looks. Figures with interest. I wish they invested this much in Spider-Man and X-Men the animated series.
The previous ITSV wave came out right before Christmas, and I think I bout 4 cases worth, so I could give the figures to my kids, nephews, and nieces. I spent more on those than any other Marvel Legends figure before or after. Funny thing was, I didn't want the BAF or comic figures in it, so after selling them the wave was dirt cheap. I feel like the previous wave sold well (I know some of the figures have a high aftermarket price on Ebay), so I feel like this may do well too. The $24.99 price may be cost prohibitive to kids and parents though.
I'm invested in the Sentinel line (there Peter B Parker is one of my favorite figures of all time), so I will stick with those and buy the new unique characters. My kids are already saving their allowance to buy some of these figures, So I'll end up ordering a lot again, I'm sure.

Yes, it was part of Rektangular's leaks as a Deluxe figure. I went ahead and picked up the kids' version when it went on clearance at Walmart for $11 (normally $17) anyway though - just in case. It's so funny that these figures came out and are being clearanced already so long before the movie even comes out.

Thanks for the heads up, thought it was in the leaked list, but haven't heard anything since. The kids one looks great - they were probably released too soon.

Do we have a releasedate for this wave? I believe that Rektangular's list said April, but shouldn't we have seen glamshots by now if that was the case?
Re: Across the Spider-Verse Wave
Completely agree with you. I love the uniqueness and boldness of these figures. The artstyle of the movie is really good as well in my opinion.christianpyro wrote: ↑Mon Jan 30, 2023 9:49 pmI get that the designs aren't for everyone, and they may not fit into you pre-established collection. Re: Across the Spider-Verse Wave
So... Rektangular's leaked list for this movie had one unidentified figure, didn't it? The list I copied had:
Spider-Man - MIles
Spider-Man - Peter
Spider-Gwen
Spider-Man 2099
Spider-Punk
????
The Spot
Obviously the "????" slot could be anything, but there's no reason it can't be Spider-Man India is there? Or was that space in the line up already revealed and I forgot?
... [update]
OK.... I went back and looked at the card back and clearly Spider-Woman is pictured - even if she is a deluxe - and Spider-Man India is not. If there is going to be a Spider Man India figure done in the style of this movie it will either be a separate release store exclusive or it will be in a Wave 2 of figures from this movie.

Re: Across the Spider-Verse Wave
Spiderman India is such a unique character, I can't see them skipping over him. (Also he's supposed to have a pretty prominent part in the film?).
But I feel like it's the same for all the other characters that are confirmed to be a bit more prominent (which I won't detail here since they might be considered spoilers).
