What is up with Marvel and their four-fingered humanoids? Thing, everyone from Mojoworld (Longshot, Spiral, Mojo, etc), and Ch'od are the ones that come to mind, but that's already WAY too many.

I'm guessing it's an author's way of indicating that someone isn't human. I suppose I can accept it with Mojoworld and Thing since they're both related to Earth, but it's particularly odd to do it with alien species. Unless two planets share a common panspermic origin then in all likelihood a different species wouldn't evolve with humanlike fingers at all.
The Marvel Universe is absolutely LITTERED with 'human-like' aliens, which by the same logic you're using here, it should not be. Most of the 'aliens' in the MU shouldn't even be something we'd recognize as intelligent life, in all likelihood - let alone have two arms and two legs and a humanoid general shape. But if they are going to have very humanoid shapes, it makes sense that they'd have fingers. And since our five fingers is probably more just evolutionary happenstance than 'the perfect amount of fingers for a humanoid body' - it makes (as much) sense (as anything else here) for other humanoids from different evolutionary backgrounds to have different numbers of fingers and toes.

But like.. they should probably all be space grabs and fungi and shit that we don't even recognize as intelligent life so...

why didn't they make ch'od sexier?
I think that speedo he’s wearing checks that box.
There's definitely Ch'od Rule 34 fanart out there, and I'm betting Blingoman has drawn the majority of it.

Ch’od should have been in a thong. As-is, he’s a good barometer of how they’ll handle Moondragon.

If twitter discover this forum,Robo is in trouble
Why? Because I like a head sculpt that does exactly what it's meant to do?
I was trying to say that people from twitter would start cancelling the forum because of some topics that escalates to controversies, like the talk about Emma Frost headsculpt, then it would be trouble for you or not because it's irrelevant.

Heh, you just described Twitter itself. And Facebook. And every other forum on the internet. Any online place where more than two people congregate to talk about a subject.

If you want to just make a carte blanch statement that all of our members are innocent and pure and no one here could possibly have a chain smoking granny fetish in skin tight white leather than you go right ahead. I however refuse to die on that particular hill. Someone in this thread is definitely concealing a boner and I can already smell the panic sweat.

Oof........First off, this is not John Cassady, that's Igor Kordey. New X-Men was my last call for reading X-Men full-time and as I recall, he did some pretty interesting, highly detailed work. I remember this panel specifically......there's just something jarring about it. Interesting.......but......yeah.........not something I want to revisit in action figure from.

I love this wave. It's another one I'll pass on entirely.

I had a brief interest in Corsair until I saw a close-up of the head sculpt. Wtf? Cyclops and Emma look a'ight, but I'm not into that era. Ch'od? Not much effort put into that poor guy.

Who's concealing it? I'd hit it. ;p

Also, Corsair isn't hot enough either apparently. I kinda skimmed over him cause my interest is negligible for his figure, but people have preferences. And that's ok.

You know who they better do justice to? Deathbird and Lilandra. We're probably only gonna get 1 shot at those. The Lilandra head we have is fine. And they could even do something similar to the customs people were doing using the Silver Sable and Ultrons girlfriend (why does Ultron have a girlfriend?) bodies. That would be pretty spot on. But Deathbird needs to be glorious. And shiny. And with really great wings.

Also Moondragon will never happen. I'm convinced of that.

It's like something from H.R. Giger...but in a cod piece.
