Is this the first X-Men wave, besides AoA wave 2, with no Wolverine figure?

Wolverine alternate head for Fang confirmed

Quentin should've been in his school uniform. Period.

Great wave looking wave. Not a fan of the Emma headsculp but I'll just use the headsculp from the Walgreens Emma.

Yeah, some people read current comics. Just not nearly as many people who used to read the comics back when they were good. And I get your point that the modern comics are mostly pretty crappy and all, but there's really no need to cry about it.

Surely you won't deny that the School Uniform is his most iconic look? It's obvious they went with the black outfit because it required no new tooling.

There are a few Guard members that would be easy repaints (Smasher, Starbolt, Neutron, Tempest, Impulse, Mentor, Astra, Magic) that could randomly show up similar to Vertigo.

For sure - tons of those figures are like a new head and some paint. I'd actually like to see Electron done because he'd be the gateway to generic Shi'ar soldiers with that hairdo.

I don't really care; there's room in my collection for both. I have a Krakoa shelf where this will go, and if/when they make the schoolboy version, he'll go on the 2010s shelf.

This wave looks amazing! If they really wanted to shock us next year's Amazon set should be Raza, Hepzibah, Excalibur Rachel Summers, Feral, and X-Factor Wolfsbane. Maybe even throw Marrina in there too. Could you imagine one boxset completing 5 teams?!?!?

Cr’reee confirms Cho’d is on his way.

I love this whole wave, but wondering since I have a spare Mockingbird and various strap parts and flesh tone paints if I can’t get something close enough to a modern Monet.

Not a fan of Emma's head sculpt.

Finally the Imperial Guard get another member as a figure. Hopefully, they keep it going and keep releasing other members.

I'm betting Ch'od is the BAF. Has to be. For people worrying about the remaining Starjammers...there's plenty of time and waves. They just started the team, and after Ch'od, there will only be two members to fit into the line.

Chamber looks really nice.

That's the spirit, champ! Wipe those tears away! No need to get all upset over the current poor state of the X-Men comics.

That Chamber looks amazing! It's one of those rare occasions where I almost wish a Legends figure had a light up feature.

Super excited to see Corsair and Ch'od has to be the baf for the wave. Guess I need to finally start/finish my Lilandra custom.

It was hard to determine how tall Fang is. I can't remember how tall he was in the comics, so will he be too tall to just swap a Logan head onto the body which gives them the excuse to release an actual Wolverine in that costume?

I'm a fan of the era of the X-Men from when the Imperial Guard was introduced, but I can't see needing 20+ of them. I'd have a hard time naming too many of them without a chart - and no knock on Cockrum, but the Byrne creations (Warstar and Manta in particular) have the more interesting looks to me.
