Spoiler-y question about a Rektangular-announced 2-pack
Spoiler! :
Why a Captain Marvel and Dr. Doom 2-pack? Have they seriously ever interacted?
Like the art choice says, they were both in Secret Wars (along with Molecule Man (hmmm)), but I don't remember them ever even sharing a panel there.

Yeah, this might make more sense in 2024 as a series of 2 packs for the 40th anniversary but is a little odd on its own. Starfox would have made more sense. But I'll take classic Monica however I can get her, and armored Beyondered-powered Doom would be a cool figure if that's what they wind up doing.

I wonder how grumpy the Hasbro team are with this being leaked just a week before their big con …. Poor guys - but incentive for them to show us more product now at Pulsecon since we know it’s coming!!

It probably goes without saying but this leak is likely the bulk of all the product that is planned for 2023 - I wouldn’t expect to see even a quarter of what is on this list (if true) at Pulsecon.

Yeah, I imagine PulseCon may actually have some reveals that aren’t for 2023 and thus not on the leak list. I think there will end up being one or two more 2022 waves (even if the solicitations say 2023 — they’re all way wrong nowadays).

Also, the leak list wouldn’t have any of the Pulse/Disney exclusives like the X-Men VHS figures or the X-Men three-packs. And it seems light on fan channel and Amazon exclusives, which are a decent amount of releases a year. Oh, and none of the leaks had a BAF.

I imagine they’ll reveal some 6” stuff we don’t know about at all, some 3.75” stuff, and probably some comic figures from the early 2023 waves, which seem to be Ant-Man, Into the Spider-Verse, X-Men, and Avengers

On the bright side, at least Pulse Con should confirm or deny these rumors.

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if these"leaks" aren't manufactured by Hasbro in some way.

Only reason I say this is imo if Hasbro was really upset about the leaks they'd have sniffed out the rat a while ago. It's pretty simple to do so.

I'm still hoping we see retro Iron Man and Ghost Rider waves. They weren't mentioned in the leaks, but I'm a trifle annoyed that the Orb is part of an Avengers wave instead of the highly-speculated Vintage GR wave. Either way, I'm delighted to have another one of my Top 10 most wanted figures crossed off, but I'd still love to see that retro wave. Personally, I think we'll still see it. I'm not sure it is. Hasbro has people internally designing waves, creating the products, and soliciting them to retail. Then we have the retailers buying the product. Not to mention those at Marvel/Disney who have to approve the character list and final products. There are probably at least 100 people who could leak this level of information.

There was also the incident last year (or was it 2020?) with the leaked photos having unique watermarks, so there clearly at least was an effort to try and find leakers.

Well that Spiderverse wave sounds like most peoples predictions, can't wait for it. Hasbro hit the nail on the head with the first wave. (Except for the wayyyy too long neck on Peter, that made the whole figure wasted imo.)

A tease of an updated comic Wrecking Crew would be nice in lieu of recent sightings.
Maybe some X-Men First Class love for their anniversary in 2023. (C’mon articulated wings…!)

Plus, aren't their box art and sculpting done off-site by freelancers?
