Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 wave (2023)

Funko just had some leaks of the Vol 3 GotG and they are wearing their comic accurate suits. This gives me hope that the Legends will do the same. I'm curious to see what happens with Gamora because she's not rumored to be in the wave. If she ends up re-joining the team and suiting up I'll feel like our comic accurate suited team has a hole in it. But I suppose there could always end up being new members added to the team by the end who won't get figures yet either. Hopefully they stay in these new suits. I like it. I won't mind tweeking the suits from film to film but I like the overall uniformity and comic accuracy of the group. The visual comic accuracy of this new Saga has been my favorite part about it so far! And it certainly stands out on the shelf too. My Multiverse Saga Shelf is way more colorful than my Infinity Saga Shelf.

Yeah, if Gamora doesn't suit up I'm kinda ready for that. I doubt we'll ever get the rest of the Avengers in the Endgame suits, and I think most people are pretty fine with that, but still.

To expect this to be the last outing of this particular roster. I'm guessing some will probably go on to form another iteration, some will walk, and likely one or two will perish.

Either way, Gamora could be the BAF,or an exclusive.

Very excited for Guardians 3. The first one is top tier MCU for me, and while I don’t think the second is nearly as good I do love the characters they continued to build through it and their other appearances. It will be bittersweet to see it end but I’m so glad Gunn got the chance to see it through.

Only thing I can think of is this is GOTG related based on the Yondu tie…MCU Kraglin with alternate heads for other Ravagers?

To play off this, what if it's a set with Gamora and a Ravager with alternate heads, ala the Endgame WIdow & Hawkeye set?

Other potential store exclusives might be Ayesha, Starhawk and Martinex - all of which are supposed to have roles in this movie.

I'll definitely buy Kraglin and Mantis. Nebula is a possibility if it's a nice improvement over the prior version - but I really want a classic cosmic version of her. I'll likely skip on the rest unless Ayesha, Starhawk, Martinex, Cosmo or Lylla are made. I'd certainly buy a Nova Corps army builder if that would happen to make the cut somehow.

There are so many characters in this movie and they are all wearing new outfits so I hope they don't try to shoehorn any comic figures in this wave, not even the BAF.

I’m almost hoping Ayesha is the BAF. Not the most exciting option, but likely the best way for her to be included. HE should come with Lylla and Cosmo to justify a multipack price.

Looking forward to the movie, but my MCU figs are all 1/6 - very much hoping this being the final film will be impetus to fill in more of the original comic team (maybe we'll see more today when Yondu launches) and a long overdue Gil Kane Warlock - probably as store exclusives. Will be sorta shocked if there aren't two waves for this film.

I dont think there will be. No movie got 2 waves last year. So if one happens, maybe 2 years after like the rumored NWH wave 2.
