I just want to know what happened to that large deluxe format Doctor Strange villain someone said was coming. :?
I forgot about that!
All indications were a Shuma Gorath figure, right?
And an IM with a canon laser, perhaps?
(Thanks a lot Cern super collider!)

Yeah I think that Dr. Strange villain was rumored to be a SDCC exclusive. Hopefully it wasn't Shuma Gorath and hopefully it wasn't scrapped completely.

Also, my post earlier about the Daredevil wave being MCU and being crap wasn't intended to offend you MCU guys. In a perfect world I hope everyone gets what they want out of this line.

Just as a comic only guy, there's been some die hards here for a long time(including myself) that have been asking for a comic Daredevil wave forever. So if we actually finally got a full wave and it was all MCU it would be pretty damn disappointing.

Thank you for explaining that. And I'm sure it would be, especially after such a long time of waiting.

With the Shuma thing, it was Jtprime17 who said it:

To put everyone’s mind at ease. Yes there supposed to be 2 sdcc/Pulsecon exclusives this year.

I have seen listings for the 2 items, but that was so long ago that 1 of them may have been possibly switched or moved to to fan channel.

1 I am for sure is still happening and is a con exclusive.

So hint time. I can’t out right say names right now based on info possibly being outdated.

Exclusive 1 = Doctor Strange theme

Exclusive 2 = Iron Man theme

Thanks everyone and have a good day.

I guess I could of been a little more specific.

For the Doctor strange exclusive; it’s a larger scale villain.

For the Iron man exclusive. After seeing the listing all I could think of was “IMMA FIRIN MAH LAZER!”

yeah hasbro basically has folded their SDCC offerings into hascon at this point (best way to wrap your head around it)

though apparently they had some Mojo's available to purchase at SDCC? which makes sense they said it was this years "con offering" so i assume anywhere this year hasbro will have a booth at a convention, mojo is available?

but it was not exclusive to SDCC.

I love all comic waves. It saves me money and makes you guys happy, win/win.
Preach!! I’ve saved so much money over the years because there are so many comic only waves. On the flip side, I love watching collectors get the comic figures they’ve been waiting for. I get genuine excitement seeing others happy.

Next years Amazon 5pack will probably coincide with Ghost Rider's 50th. And it'll be 90s Danny Ketch Ghost Rider, Death Watch, Blackout, Madcap, Scarecrow, and Lilith. And we'll prob'ly get a Deluxe/Riders 90s Johnny Blaze wearing a trench coat, with his bike. And one of the tiers for the Haslab GR will be 90s "cyborg" Johnny Blaze.
I'm assuming the Orb gun will lead to the Orb in a GR Retro wave of 5 or 6 figures. That, plus the HasLab, plus (depending on the HasLab contents) maybe a couple of Rider sets is my guess for the GR 50th. If done right, that could give us the 3 main GRs and their vehicles, plus another 6 or so related bad guys, and probably a couple of variant GRs (like blue flame...).
I think it would be cool, but I'd be pretty surprised if they give Ghost Rider an entire wave. Here's hoping you're right!

The Sentinel was HoX inspired and there's been a lot of Fantastic Four merch as well so I'm kind of optimistic we'll actually get a wave if this gets funded. I am reading the new GR series and love the Blaze design more than any other. Vengeance Forever was also quite cool and might be a tip of the hat into what's coming (I hope). I have too many Transformers to buy, but I don't know if I can miss a Ghost Rider series by way of HasLab, exclusives, Retro and/or who knows what else.

Seeing a lot of promo material for the Midnight Suns game coming out in October. Doesn't look like my style (in terms of gameplay or aesthetic) but I wonder if we might get a figure or two to tie into its release? I wouldn't expect any designs direct from the game as an untested property, but I wouldn't hate if they slipped in a comic Lilith or another character featured in the game.

Pretty happy with the earlier releases but will definitely pick up one to keep carded. The new hands/head are great
