They look great. The show is great. Wish I collected MCU. Actually no I don’t. I don’t have the space.

I hope we get a new classic Hawkeye soon as well. The prior versions have been subpar in my eyes. At least a new head would be fantastic.

Same. I don't collect MCU for space and money reasons but these figures look amazing. They're really knocking it out of the park with these!

Also, love the show and hope it leads to us getting a classic comic Swordsman someday. He's been in my top ten for awhile.

I feel ya, though I'd need more than a new head to double dip (or triple dip, if you count the Heroic Age version) on Clint. How about one with a newly sculpted torso that includes his harness straps so that they don't interfere with his ab crunch? I wouldn't turn my nose up at a skirt made of thinner plastic so that it'd be less in the way of his leg movement, either. And hey, why not throw in an arrow or two?

Shoot, I'm just describing the ToyBiz one, aren't I?

Likeness' looks ever-so-slightly soft, but not 'off'- so should be fine in 3D, I expect. Otherwise these already look very, very good to me.
Hope this is the rumoured 2-pack, which'd suggest even more hope that it might include Lucky/Pizza Dog.

Maybe they can do a new comic Clint on the Vulcan body.

I certainly think classic Hawkeye warrants his own dedicated sculpt. If they want to keep milking that deluxe/20th anniversary price point I will pay for top notch execution of a classic.

I just got the new AoA Sabretooth today and I have to wonder if Hasbro will use him to redo some of the Wrecking Crew, right or wrong as that body choice may be.

I'm just not realizing that MCU Hawkeye has never gotten an actual solo toy release. First one was Walmart exclusive, second was Amazon, third was Ronin (so not really Hawkeye nor his face), then Target exclusive Quantum suit and now a two-pack with release TBD.

For such a mainstream character that is a really interesting limited release pattern.

Clint looks great and I hope he comes with his hearing aid but I don't see Hailee - her eyes are much more cat-like and angled. Also the left side has way more make-up or bags under the eye than the other side.

I think a smaller Thing would be great. But the Hulk and Thing bodies have gotten a lot of use and could be updated. But I'm not sure how many more Thing figures I'd want. A 6.5" Kirby version would be nice.

I feel disappointment over lack of comic-based 616 figures. Feels like a massive drought the last 18 months.

Lately the best us comic collectors have gotten is the two villains from FF because many already had the Walgreens FF. We have announcements for four 20th anniversary figures, 2 of which are repaints, Hulk is an unknown but totally unnecessary, Toad is the only real worthwhile one to me.

The baron zemo looks amazing but walgreen exclusive virtually kills any kind of excitement for it. I was able to get Nova off their website after, what, 9 months of uncertainty? And I did ship to store to save the $6 shipping and it took the employees 20 minutes to find it because they had no idea how ship to store works. Still unsure if we’ll be able to get Quesar and Binary here in the US. All great comic figures but the WG exclusivity is a disaster.

I’m excited for the Spider-Man retro comic series to an extent but would have been more excited with deluxe Rhino and the hybrid hobgoblin that’s half comic and half animated series is trash. I’m about to drop $80 on the 5 year old space venom one since that’s still the best one.

Seems like an amazing time to be an MCU or Animated Series collector and a disappointing time to be a comic based collector.

There's been a lot of comic stuff In the last 18 months, even ignoring the upcoming stuff like the Ursa Major wave, Spider-Man stuff, etc. Like:
Entire FF wave (Sue is really the only dud)
Entire AoA wave
The entire Xenmu wave (only dud of that wave wave was the Hood, imo)
Mr. Hyde wave (Hyde, Civil warrior, and Tony Stark AI)
X-Men wave
Stilt Man wave (Frog Man, Hand Ninja, Stilt Man)
Fixit wave (Joe Fixit, Kang, Falcon, Jocasta, Thunderstrike)
Venompool wave (Phage, Carnage, Morbius)

Plus a bunch of retro cardback figures/fan exclusives/retailer exclusives/con exclusives like the Hellfire Club, Tigra, etc.

YMMV, but It doesn't feel like we've been in a drought, to me, and, given the interesting selection and the move to finish up a number of holes in teams like Excalibur, X-Force, etc., I'm *FAR* from disappointed.
