Honestly, I wouldn't hate Retro Packaged movie figures. Would be awesome for makeup waves for movies we didn't get figures for.

I wouldn't mind some Retro movie figures in packaging based on the old ToyBiz movie lines. Getting an updated Raimi Green Goblin on that packaging would be pretty awesome, for example.

I'm one of those who is okay with doing away with BAFs anyway. I know green goblin isn't deluxe, but, for example, I'm glad to pay a little extra for Doc Ock rather than a lot extra to build him.

The BAF has always been "found value" for me as a completest. If the price is the same for Retro with no BAF and regular with BAF - I'd prefer there be a little something extra to help take the sting out of the cost.

I would take these, but I would also take retro cards for movies like Thor TDW that got no proper 6in toy line. But yeah, count me as being for retro carded MCU and movie figures

- Into The Spider-verse wave
- MCU No Way Home Wave
- or another Animated VHS pairing

Well Across the Spider-verse hits in June so it very well could be that

that also being said, hasbro has put figures up nearly a year away.. so 7months out (if fall really is the intended release) really isn't that much of a stretch either.

but another VHS set is just as much of a possibility too (if not more than the above), so we will see what happens

What makes me think they'll hold it back is the set with the three Spider-Men. If two, or all three, are available singularly, I would think it would hurt the sales for that set. But supposedly the second NWH wave is to be available in December.

But I agree the Spider-Verse stuff should be any time now.

Assuming that's even in the wave. I'm still betting on a repaint or slight retool of one of the Tom figures from the first wave, with an unmasked head this time.
