Lizard would make a lot of sense since he'd be mostly or all reuse, and that may help balance the cost more for them. I guess if the glider is not the BAF, he'll probably come with only one head?

I dunno. They'll have been working on this wave for two years, presumably, by the time it's released. I'm hoping to have my socks knocked off at least a little bit.

Truthfully, I think they are already saving a ton on this wave with the likely same suited figure we always get for Matt, MJ we got before, and they're double dipping on Andrew/Tobey. So that means essentially only a small handful of anything actually new. I think they can afford to give us something special, like an Electro or big and fantastic glider, as the BAF

Yeah, you're completely right. I kinda expect the three Spider-Men to be the same as the Pulse set with unmasked heads. Like you said, Matt and MJ probably nothing new but heads (if that), so Goblin and Sandman are the only (likely) new sculpts of the bunch. Very much like the second Black Panther wave only taking much longer. And we get a deluxe Doc Ock at least.

I saw Enforcer mention it too but couldn't see for myself. I admit I didn't sit through the Livestream tho. But I think it's in the packaged figures behind them?

It was on the shelf in the background. Package for the 3 pack. Shocking that they didn't show the loose figures, but they did have enough so - for now it's a tease.

It was the first thing I noticed when the stream started.

I have absolutely no idea. And I'd be surprised by none of the possible outcomes. If the tobey and Andrew single figures in the wave are simply repacks from the trio set... Wouldn't surprise me. If they include both heads, also not surprised. If they're only unmasked and the only way to get masked versions is the set? Makes sense. Or maybe just Tobey comes unmasked and the Tom wave figure is all new from the very end of the movie. Or it's a corrected inside-out B&G suit Tom?

I kinda have no expectations anymore.

I have stopped trying to guess what Hasbro is gonna do. Given how recent movie waves have been.

One of the initial claims was that the precise paint apps on the figures in the 3-pack (ie. The raised webbing) was the reason they each came in at deluxe prices- So there's almost no way to coalesce that with single releases of the same figures PLUS human heads at standard prices.

Though the entirely accurate leak-list *does* suggest the unmasked characters.

So it's all a bit baffling, still.

Not as easy to do a stripped down paint job on the singles (like the difference between Mojos), because the webbing's essential for Tobey and Andrew-
So if they're indeed unmasked, there's every chance it's lab coat Andrew with just a centre torso strip painted and 'Pastor' Tobey- both with heads you could swap onto your 3-pack release.

Obviously this is potentially massively complicated now, too, by Andrew's likeness seemingly being refused for anything not previously covered by the Amazing Spider-Man contracts- a sign that they gave in beyond all norms to secure them this time, like seemed to happen when RDJ re-negotiated.

Basically: All very uncertain.
