Yes from me as well for Two-Gun. I love the Westerm heroes, and has been said before he’s a must-have for the Avengers shelf.

Re: One a Day - Day 523: Two-Gun Kid
I just wanted to say what a pure delight this thread is. I was needing a “pick-me-up” a week and a half ago and I remembered this thread. I couldn’t remember where I left off so I just started at page 200 and have been reading all of the daily character pulls from page 200 to 584. I just finished up. Whew!
This thread is literally like the Handbook to the Marvel Universe…except without as much description of each character. LOL
A huge thanks to Beamish for being able to keep this up and for reminding me why I have always loved Marvel Comics - all of the great and creative characters (especially the d-list villains).
Thanks, Beamish, for bring some joy into the life of this old Marvel Comic Fan!

And another yes for Two-Gun Kid. Fills out more of classic Avengers team.

I'd put Eon next to Galactus if made, but I don't really need him.

Re: One a Day - Day 524: Eon
Ego... the living planet... maybe I find room for that in my display somehow... but low rent knock off Eon? Nah. This is one I don't need them to worry about getting to.

Aw thanks! It's been a fun crazy ride so far. Many thanks to all of you that keep coming back here!!! I didn't think this thread would go past one month, much less a year and a half.
I stopped reading comics about 10 years ago, so it's certainly been fun doing my homework and research on newer characters and seeing costume changes for older characters.
It's also funny that within 524 days so far, there are still characters in my personal Top 100 list that are still in the shoebox, patiently waiting their turn.

Re: One a Day - Day 524: Eon
I suppose I'd go for Eon, but this character falls way down on the list, far behind other cosmic heavies like Uatu, Ego, Eternity, etc.

Re: One a Day - Day 524: Eon
I wouldn't be able to pass up a well-executed Eon, but he's really too big for my display.
I wish they'd do these big cosmic characters (Eon, Ego, Lord Chaos...) as 3D display pieces, like wall-hangings or paper lanterns or something that suggests the character floating in the distance.
Two-Gun Kid is a definite yes. He belongs on the Avengers shelf, and his cowboy outfit would really differentiate him there.

Re: One a Day - Day 524: Eon
Yes, this is exactly what I was thinking. While I would love to have space for all of the cosmic beings that attack Thanos, on his floating temple in space, from issue 5 of the Infinity Gauntlet, I can't see ever having enough space to pull that off. Eon, Lord Chaos, Master Order, and even Epoch would all do well as wall-hanging pieces. For Ego, I'd prefer a mini diorama so other characters could interact with the surface of the planet.fingfangfoom wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 5:28 pmI wish they'd do these big cosmic characters (Eon, Ego, Lord Chaos...) as 3D display pieces, like wall-hangings or paper lanterns or something that suggests the character floating in the distance.

Yep, Jim Starlin design with Ron Lim art is where my heart goes with cosmic characters. So Eon would be a yes for me, even though it isn't a particularly pleasant looking design.

While I really want the Rawhide Kid the most, Two Gun Kid is a close second. Absolutely would purchase these two unless the guns are missing or molded to the holster.
Eon is a pass.

Re: One a Day - Day 524: Eon
Eon was a fun conceptual character, but I think as a figure, Eon would be little more that a statue. I can’t see Hasbro putting in much effort into a character of this scale that would have little reuse. I’m afraid I’d have to pass on Eon.
