Whenever I see an X wave that does not include Avalanche or Destiny I always get my hopes up that they aren't in the wave because at least one of them will be in a box set or 2-pack to be released soon. Fingers crossed,,,

I love that this wave has so many characters that have never had a figure before.

How is there only 1 female in this wave when there are so many x-ladies that still need completed?

Maybe "Wolverine" is actually Laura?
That never occurred to me! But makes a lot of sense. Hell Darwin and Synch wear more or less the same costume in modern X books, they could make them with the same body and alternate head and hands.

Darwin having Synch alt head and some rainbow effects equals double purchase guaranteed (for me).

It is funny how only a few years makes a massive difference for xennials. Millinials either grew up watching the electric company, eureka 's castle, or blues clues lol.

All the paths lead to some very different programming with very little cross over. Though, id say the oldest generation benefitted the least. I mean, being an 85'er i caught the tail end of 80s cartoons, but it was because of reruns . They always seemed to play the older shows earlier in the morning... so sometimes id catch masters of the universe, gi-joe, my little pony, care bears, jem, etc. But id catch more of Ducktales, Gummi bears, smurfs, etc

And then like i was at the perfect age for TGIF on ABC and Snick on nickelodeon, and Trl on MTV. Where as kids slightly younger than me were more into the like Drake and Josh, Hannah Montana, etc stuff

Then thank God for cartoon network, id watch Johnny quest, suoerfriends, and all the Hannah barberra stuff even the early Fantastic Four cartoons.

Kids today dont seem to get that luxury at all.

But I was also a nick at night kid, who adored watching everything from the 50s/60s/70s and fully appreciated WandaVision for going there.

I was born in 83 and your experience is almost exactly like mine. I can't believe X-Men The Animated Series and Batman The Animated Series will turn 30 next year.

Baffling choices for a wave. How long do people need to beg for Toad and Avalanche?

I'm going to guess until next year when the ML 20th anniversary hits.

August '82.

XMTAS introduced me to the mutants (was previously only a Spider-Man fan thanks to my older brothers' hand-me-down comics), and that's what really got me into comics in general (and while I knew of West/Keaton, BTAS was my introduction to that universe, so the bar was set HIGH there).

And while I'm always of the mind of "it doesn't have to be what I grew up with, if I feel they improved upon it," I haven't found a lot of X-costumes that I like better than the Lee/Capullo/Liefeld/Stroman stuff...

I recreated the covers of my first comic ever & my first X-comic ever in my own art style:

It would be nice if, next year, we get a Brotherhood boxed set: Toad, Avalanche, Destiny, green suit Quicksilver (easy repaint), and repack of Mystique.

That'd be a nice set and seems like an ideal way to release em.

Since Toad is likely in the ML 20th line I'd prefer his slot go to Mastermind (with a proper body with inverness cape) or even Unus just to get him out.

I wonder if Vulcan in his standard costume would be a good candidate for the "Bucky Cap mold replacement with a cooler name"

Since Hasbro Pulse exclusive 3-packs seem to be their go to way of releasing lesser mass appeal characters, I think :

Mystique, Avalanche and Destiny would be a great set indeed!

(Assuming he’s in the wave) Man I hope they do Classic Havok justice. Been waiting forever for him!!

- Matte black finish
- Skinny body with butterfly articulation ( pizza spidey or sunfire mould)
- his head/mask is so easy to get wrong - best reference for me is how Mark Silvestri drew his mask.
