I have to wonder if that Silver Surfer silhouette for the stretch goal is for a Zombie Silver Surfer.

I'm hoping, and trying to take the numbers niteowl has given us, that this gets to 16,500 which would include 2 figures. If we make it to Nova - the last few days could get to 18,000 and a third figure.

So... what if instead of SS it is actually old pre-surfer Norrin Radd on the board? Didn't he appear on the board in some old Kirby story?

There's zero chance of a Shalla Bal figure, right? lol

I'd honestly love figures of her and Norrin Radd to be included more than the Heralds, given the unlikelihood of ever getting either of them as regular releases.

But I also want Galactus to be funded so Heralds are the better draw...

This is kind of a great idea. Another zombie figure, even if part of Haslab, helps sell the zombie Cap figure, and gives the concept legs if they want to expand on it. Next year, Hasbro could release a deluxe Silver Surfer with whatever stand he's likely getting in the Haslab. A deluxe Silver Surfer hitting retail around, or just before, the Haslab Sentinel ships could be really cool.

A standard Surfer needs to be released in the next year. It’s money on the table, with or without a release of Galactus.
Zombie Surfer is a good idea for a variant.
I was thinking that we might see a “cosmic” Surfer, like some of the old 90s ToyBiz figures - translucent blue plastic with glittery star/galaxy patterns painted on.

Free premium for a year would have been a nice incentive as well for backing. Much better than the silly online comic point thingy. I tried to give mine away from the sentinels I purchased and no one was interested. They might as well leave that off.

He's called the "silver" Surfer", not the "translucent blue plastic with glittery star/galaxy patterns" Surfer.

Damn right; if it's not at least 925 silver, it's not really the Silver Surfer. Don't settle for less than sterling, folks.
