My December is getting pricier by the moment. Waiting on this and several MAFEX to round out the year.

Does anyone have better pics of these? War Machine and Black Panther look great. Notice War Machine has purple eyes and arc reactor.

Iron Spider

Fri Dec 31, 2021 8:23 pm

Hey all,

Some pics of the Sentinel Iron Spidey caught my eye, which led me to watching a couple of videos showcasing it as well as the Revoltech Amazing Yamaguchi Iron Spidey. Several reviewers stated how the Revoltech is not for everyone in that it is, as one reviewer put it, like a Rubik’s Cube.

I’ve never seen any of these in person, but they both look cool. Does one easily “win out” over the other? Is the Revoltech potentially too frustrating?

I do like the fact that the Sentinel has diecast parts.

Anyway, thoughts on these two Iron Spidey figures would be appreciated. Thanks!

The Fighting armour one? Or the re:edit

Because I believe the re:edit is 10” or 11” tall.

The fighting armour is 1:12 but it’s basically an iron man painted blue and red like Spider-Man with the legs on the back.

I was comparing the Fighting Armour figure with the Revoltech figure. I know they’re wholly different looks, but I like them both. Some of the Revoltech reviews have made me hesitant due to the intricacies of posing these figures. They make it seem like they’re more frustrating than fun.

Either way, I thought it would be fun to pick up one of these due to the impressive poses one can achieve with them. So, if anyone owns one or both of these, I’d love to read your take on them.

Anyone know of a good place to order the Sentinel Miles Morales or Peter B. Parker (without the giant statue head)? I slept on these, and that seems to have been a mistake.

Miles is long gone, Ebay secondary market prices are the only current solution.

I figured that would be the case for Miles. I will have to keep my eye out for a deal or possible re-release/variant when the second film is released.

Peter hasn't come out yet, so I'm hoping to find him somewhere.

I'd go with Mafex for Peter.

What makes you say that? As I have gone back and forth.

The things I like about the Sentinel are the more animated looking heads, and the Skinny body for the Classic Spiderman. I don't think I would use the Mafex clothe goods. I like the Marvel Legends figure just fine for that jacketed look.

That's great news! Do you know anything more about the re-release? Or where to look out for information?

The forums email feature doesn't seem to work anymore, so I find I miss things when I have to manually look for updates.

Cheaper and you get more stuff, did not consider you might want original Peter Parker from Miles world though.
