Scored a What-If Hydra Stomper at Best Buy today for $19.99 (originally $55). First time I've seen this figure in person. It looks pretty cool and it weighs a ton. I couldn't pass it up for that price.

I'm jealous. I saw the Stomper for $29.99 the week before Christmas, but couldn't buy it because of holiday bills. When I went back, they were gone, and back up to $39.19 on the website.

My local Target (Taunton, MA) had the Ultron wave figs marked down to 11.49 each. They had both Hawkeyes, She-Hulk, and Ms Marvel. I picked up Clint and Kate as I already have the She-Hulk figure.

Target varies so much store to store on how they do their clearance. I check mine every Saturday and will often take a handful of things to the scanners to check prices (they never seem to update their prices on the figure or the peg). My Target still has a lot of stuff at full price that has been completely clearanced out at others like the DC Multiverse Dark Knight wave and the first series of Page Punchers. They're still at full price on all recent Legends waves. The most recent figure I saw clearanced was M'Baku to $6.97 but the other figures from that same Legacy wave and the movie wave are all still $22.99 - $24.99. I didn't buy any of the Ultron wave so I'd love to pick up a few of those figures for under $10.....

I also saw the Target clearance on the Disney + wave today, $11.49. Amazingly, they seem to have sold through the dozens of Clint Bartons they had, and were down to just 2 each of each of the Hawkeyes, 2 Ms. Marvels, and one She-Hulk.

Target reduces toy prices on Thursdays usually, so that’s the day to check.

In recent weeks I’ve seen some big figure dumps straight to clearance aisles. One store has Groot and Gorr suddenly, at 30% off. A couple weeks ago, another store had tons of Blue Marvel and Speedball at 70% off. This was about 2 months after they only got US Agent from that wave and clearanced him out.

Just checked Best Buy's site. The only thing that caught my eye was the Fortnite boat for $53.

He's going to be a hitman in my displays. A lot of others like to use him as a screaming victim.

Thanks for the heads up! I certainly could use another Torch as a sub for Hammond. I bought a couple extra The Hoods for custom fodder although haven't actually done anything with them yet. I was thinking I might use the body of one of them for a Rick Jones custom. I also bought a couple of extra of Arcade, movie J. Jonah Jameson and Retro Gwen with the intention of using them for customs also. I bought a crap ton of Hammerhead when he got under $10 also. So far I've just got them set off still packaged for future use. I've bought 3 sets of Negative Man / Inner Demons so I've got a bunch of extra heads from those Demons that I need bodies for.

Hammerhead would be more appropriate to be hitman Golgo 13, but what head to use? Never did see any dirt cheap Hammerheads.

Might try to see what The Hood's head looks like on WWE Elite Lex Luger body with Ken Shamrock MMA gloves. (head hole too big to snap on, but will with two layers of old t-shirt material as filler, and head too small for the body)

Found Ms. Marvel at Target today for $12.99. She wasn't clearance-stickered but they'd moved her out of the aisle so took a chance.

I noticed sometimes recently Target keeps the clearance items beside the regular priced stuff.

My local Target is really bad about marking stuff as clearance or keeping prices updated on the pegs or tags as they change. I usually walk older things over to a nearby scanner and check them every couple of weeks if I'm interested. I found several things like that just last night. A Blue Marvel and M'Baku were $6.98 but still marked full price. Ms Marvel was $11.49 but still shown at full price. Python Patrol BATS and Vipers were $11.49 but still marked full price. There were several Masterverse figures than scanned at 50% markdowns or better but you'd never by looking at the pegs. There were a bunch of WWE Elite figures like this also. It just seems at my particular Target that they only ever put a clearance sticker or move it to an end-cap if they're doing a whole reset in the section.

But those Target clearance prices aren't company-wide? Like, if I found a Blue Marvel or Python Patrol BAT at my store, it wouldn't necessarily be on clearance, right?
