Re: Marvel Figuarts
Shang chi must have sold terribly to get Wenwu cancelled. Same thing happened with their Harry Potter line, they had Draco ready to go but the other figures did so bad they never put him out.

I thought there was another event coming up where they usually reveal MCU stuff.

Re: Marvel Figuarts
Carnage goes up for preorder tomorrow for the JP release. Will be a web exclusive there, but considering Bandai Collectibles tweeted about him, he'll most likely be a standard release here.

Re: Marvel Figuarts
Well BBTS has it for 220 dollars, so I assume that means no US release at all. They are just buying them for retail cost from Japan.

Re: Marvel Figuarts
Bluefin/Bandai Collectibles doesn't post about releases on their socials unless there are plans to have it available stateside as either a P-Bandai offering or a general release. And it hardly ever gets put up at the same time as the JP release.
BBTS is offering JP stock they're securing at a large upcharge considering that before shipping, Carnage isn't even $120.

Jesus Christ on a cracker. Anyone who buys that figure from BBTS at $220 is a sucker.

Venom wasn't on p-bandai's us site, not sure why this one would be.MARVEL KNIGHT 2099 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 08, 2022 5:54 pmBluefin/Bandai Collectibles doesn't post about releases on their socials unless there are plans to have it available stateside as either a P-Bandai offering or a general release. Carnage can go either way. Though I'm assuming he'll be treated as a regular release state-side. Just as they did for the Maguire and Garfield Spider-Men.
Re: Marvel Figuarts
Because Venom was a standard release, not a P-Bandai one. Thus he went up on the usual sites once the western release was confirmed.

Re: Marvel Figuarts
Carnage is now being made as a regular US release, BBTS has dropped the price down to $134.99. Still a little more than the overseas price, but not nearly as marked up at $220.

Anyone have their Venom in hand yet? D Amazing has a review up, and he looks like he may be the best twelfth-scale Venom to date.

Re: Marvel Figuarts
Cdjapan shipped him out. He’s good, great range of motion. The tendrils are a bit pointless, probably won’t display them. Only negative for me is a visual issue, he has a old black series/marvel legends style neck (disc/swivel), just not a fan of the look of it, can’t deny it gets a lot of range though.
It’s weird seeing toes on Venom.
