To be fair, most of the later responses were addressing the "annoying" comment, not yours. At least mine was.

Now my feelings are hurt that it wasn’t all about me. ;)

Sentinels making you crazy? Making you worry, Causing you undue amounts of anxiety?

Now you know how MUTANTS feel ALL THE TIME!

If you've contributed to the mass funding of these MUTANT HUNTING KILLING MACHINES I for one don't know how you sleep at night or live with yourself during the day.

What about if you were born a mutant but identify as a Sentinel?

I feel you. The responders are getting hung up on "updates" as if we are asking to have our hands held and reassured the thing is coming until it is in our laps. Not recognizing the "updates" are your second bolded part. The behind-the-scenes" development part that WAS very frequently and thoroughly presented with the Barge and Unicron. Those were very interesting to me and helps to create a sense that, as a backer, you're closer to the project than just ordering a random item off a website.

Just realized we didn't get a shipping update on these. I was hoping to hear that.

Yeah, I noticed that too, because the opportunity presented itself and... they let it pass.

With worldwide shipping being the ... issue it is, I wonder if Hasbro took a chance on shipping these by sea and potentially missing their release. But, with Hasbro's track record of months earlier shipping, I would have thought they'd take that into account and these would already be in the US by now.

I backed but I might cancel before August 30th. I don't really have much an attachment to Galactus and can probably score a Marvel Universe Galactus for much cheaper than this. The extras need to wow me to determine whether I drop $400 on this.

I felt for sure we would have received a shipping update on the Sentinel as it's supposed to be very soon. So that was a little disappointing, but the Galactus reveal was great.

Ryan said months ago it would start shipping in August. I assume it'll continue into September/October too, but who knows, maybe we all have them next month.
