I mean.... it's just Spawn, right? I guess it's a "fun" way to get an actual Marvel Legends Spawn figure, but the idea of the character never sat particularly well with me. And holy crap... that exposition in the 6th image is some of the worst, ham handed writing I've ever read. It's so poorly done it makes me sad. Sigh.

Nightwatch would be cool to get; I'd love to have a figure of everyone from "Maximum Carnage", including a much needed Doppelganger redo.

I’ll resist the urge to make another Spawn reference, since a few have already beaten me to it.
Nightwatch is an obvious knock off. I even thought it was obvious when he first appeared. That said, I wouldn’t refuse a figure of him, even if he’s not one I’m clamoring for.

Neat design, but that's because it's a near straight ripoff of a neat design. Not clamoring for one, but if offered in a wave I was already in on....maybe.

Nightwatch is like an Amalgam version of Spawn and AzBats. As filler in a wave he wouldn't be the worst but I have no desire for him.

I'd pick up Nightwatch, but pretty much just for his being in Maximum Carnage, like Billium said. Definitely not a big want. Even when just looking at Maximum Carnage though, I'd much rather get Carrion, both for that story and broadly as one of the more important Spidey villains left undone in the line.

I hate myself for loving Nightwatch's costume. Probably because of the blatant Spawn copying.

However, while I like the look I would pass on him at full retail, but he would be a maybe on sale/clearance.
