Does anyone know if the Defenders series 1 figures have been re-released with the updated hips?

A re-release is planned, but I don't think they've hit stores yet so it's a crapshoot if they'll be better made like Series 2 or if they'll be more of the same as before.

I had actually started looking for a second-hand Guenhwyvar from Hasbro to be his panther companion, but then I realized "wait, he had a wolf, not a panther" and Snake Eyes gladly donated his.

I still kind of want a panther, though...
