Help me out fam, it's been a while: How long does it usually take BBTS to get in Mezco stuff once Mezco starts shipping? I cannot, for the life of me, remember how long it was before Conan came in stock. And I didn't ship him right away either so my perception of the timing is all skewed anyway. It's BBTS, so I'm guessing it's probably upwards of a couple of months later, and then when I ship it will take them 2-3 weeks to even actually ship it, and then it's another 2-3 weeks from my door.

They're usually about a month behind. People who ordered directly from Mezco started getting the recent Wolverine near the beginning of July whereas BBTS shipped mine out at the start of August.

EDIT: of course with Christmas around the corner they might start to get backed up with orders.

BBTS is usually a month to two behind Mezco direct figures in my experience.

My friend uses BBTS and I go direct, for that math.

Anyone pick up Local 112 Union Gomez?

I received mine recently. It's my first Gomez figure of any sort. He's pretty great, I have to say... but I really don't want to keep him with the Gomez head. I'm really not a fan of roaches.

Wondering if anyone else has any suggestions for kitbashing or very light customizing (I have no real customizing skill).

Anyone been doing any headswapping with heads from other Mezco figures or other lines?

Most Mezco heads fit the Gomez body, but your best bet is any of the skulls since it's the same buck.

It's really the stylized neck that will throw off most other lines, but you can fudge it.

The real trick is Mezco heads run large as a rule, so other lines can be pinheaded.
