Mister Skeezler's Customs

Tue Sep 27, 2022 2:14 pm

(My customs thread keeps disappearing, so I'll post new stuff here. Not sure when I'll repost the old stuff.)

Here's a diorama I've been working on for a long time, and it's finally done (aside from some customs I want to add to it).

The whole thing is built into a custom coffee table, so it's a display area that serves a double duty. The center area is the main audience chamber, while there are assorted scenes around the perimeter. I'll be adding shots of the perimeter and the whole table, but here's a walkthrough of the main chamber.

A walkthrough of the Main Audience Chamber from my Jabba's Palace diorama. This is built into a coffee table and has a number of scenes, which I'll be sharing.

And here are some photos...

This is incredible. I need to pick my favorite scene to immortalize into furniture!

That's what I call smart space management.

Here are some shots of the table in my collection room—I mean—my office. Image

I placed the Razor Crest on top for scale, but I think that may actually be its new home.

I'm going to do a full video walkthrough soon, but it's been a really busy week!

Straight up, you are on my list of best home figure displays. That is straight up innovative, and has a look that
is stylish enough, that my wife wouldn't complain. Great work!

Oh holy crap. I thought this was just a very nice custom display, but seeing how it's built under the coffee table? That is awe-inspiring!

Thanks! That was definitely my goal. My wife even briefly suggested that we put it somewhere upstairs so it would get more visibility! In the end, I like it in my office with the rest of the collection.

Just in time for Halloween, I created a Lich Sorcerer to lead my Golden Axe skeletons in my fantasy collection.

I'm so jealous of that Jabba's Palace display. So classy. So sexy. So expensive!

What do you use the card catalog for?

Oh, it's a two-door standing cabinet that looks like a card catalog. I use it as a mini bar.
