Apparently the Target Exclusive Antoc Merrick is showing up at Walgreens now?!?

I've seen at least four separate reports, so it seems completely legit. Absolutely no clue what's going on here, and I wonder what it means for the 212th and Galen. Did Walgreens get a few cases by mistake? Is this a shared exclusive now? Who knows. But that's another reason to hit up your local Walgreens I suppose.

Thats crazy. I am so sick of ALL of these Star Wars exclusives. But these 3 figures have been a mess. You can't find the 212th Clone anywhere, and you can't order it online. Then the 2 Rogue One figures we have had pre ordered at Target forever, and they still haven't shipped. And finally one of them shows up, but it's at the wrong store?

What a mess.

Spotted one of the orange clone trooper at Walgreens nearby, then another two at an out of the way Walgreens. I don’t collect clones. Are these something people are looking for? I also spotted two blue Archive ones at Target this morning.

I saw one of those clones a few weeks back when I was hearing about Ahsoka sightings at Walgreens. I left him behind because I'm feeling down on the Black series again, for the second time in its history. I never found Ahsoka at Walgreens, but ended up with a couple from Amazon and Dorkside.

Love these Clone Wars exclusives, hate how much of a pain they are to get.

Grievous I got lucky and got for retail at Walmart.

Had a Mercari coupon so paid $30 for Mace from a reseller. Would have cost about the same from Walmart.

Been trying to get Arc Trooper for a few weeks and keep striking out.

Added a matte coat (Krylon brand) to a bunch of my Black Series figures tonight. I know we shouldn’t have to, but the coating spray is cheap and it’s easy enough that a moron like me can do it. It makes them feel so much more premium. Honestly, a lot of the recent dark skinned characters especially *need* the matte coat on their faces. They all looked sweaty. Lando, Gideon, Greef.

I'm not sure I like the legs. But the rest of the figure looks pretty good. Mine is on the way from DS. I'll have to see what shes like in person.

Krylon matte spray is literally my number one customizing tool. It's so quick and easy to use, and it elevates pretty much every figure. Especially on faces, and any super fabric based costume, like Maul. Personal preference, but I also really like it for clones, it gives them more of the Hot Toys / CG look.

I think some shininess is unavoidable due to the material, but the glossy faces have really got out of hand. Hunter, Lando, Greef especially have that crazy high gloss. Some of the figures are completely fine though, so the lack of consistency is really confusing.

So it's gotta be Krylon brand? I used to matte spray my customs years and years ago. And they eventually got so sticky in storage, I had to throw them away. I haven't even considered it again for fear of ruining more figures.

I was not able to secure a preorder for either of those, but I do have an order for Clone Wars Grievous from July 22, 2021 that is marked as "delayed" and will probably never ship. It seems Walmart likes to fulfill preorders using the LIFO (last in first out) method.
