Always great to see your updates! Those DCC figures sure are nicely made, but I just can't bring myself to start buying a whole new line (except for Funko's Magic, Funko's Game of Thrones, and Star Wars Black...but other than those! and Marvel Legends, and NECA Simpsons...)

So will this be a total remodel of the street or just the bridge going away?

Thanks for the comps, the DCC figures are really nice.
Many years ago I made some promises to myself, due to space and money limitations.
- I will only collect figures from lines in the scale that I think is best for me.
-Star wars 3.75" only. Keeping in mind that I own about 6000 Star Wars figures.
-Marvel 6" Legends scale only, unless, it fits in with them like certain Marvel universe and Marvel Select characters.
-DC Direct/Collectibles
-DC Universe 6" Collect and Connect figures and characters that weren't made by DC Direct. This rule was kind of dumb since I usually bought the whole wave just to make the Collect and Connect.
-Aliens Predator 7"
-Jurassic Park 5"
-Star Trek 7"
-LOTR 6"
-Transformers Deluxe, which has other Transformers from the Voyager and Leader class that fit in.

- I will try not to collect new things just because they are cool, I can't begin to tell you how many
figures I've dumped from the 90's that were simply flashes in the pan for me. I did well with the last one until I bought Transformers and Avatar figures a couple of years ago. Transformers movie figures have become some of my most treasured toys now.

Here is a list of toys I have dumped cheap.
Congo, Waterworld, Lion King, Monsters Inc, Lilo and Stitch, The Shadow, TMNT Cartoon series and Movie figures, Pokemon, Buffy/Angel it sucked that I sold most of those because I've bought a lot of them back to use as civilians etc. those are a few.
Others were phased out because of the rules I set up, Star Wars 12" dolls, Star Trek Playmates 5", Toybiz 5", DC Animated Batman, Superman, JLA 5", Batman 4.75" movie figures except the important ones and vehicles, Star Wars props/sabers, Kenner Aliens/Predator

I think that's most of them.

I'm going to move the bridge to the far right side of the street and rebuild the Smilex warehouse so it won't take up so much room.
I have roughly 2.5 feet of space I'm not utilizing because of the Warehouse.
That's the basic plan, for know, lot's more to come later, somethings will change and some will stay the same, but this move is going to open it up to make the space I need to accommodate all my civilians and vehicles.

As always, thanks for looking!

This is J. Jonah Jameson reporting live from Marvel street with this breaking news. Construction has finally begun after years of planning on the Marvel Street theater. Developers have stated that there will be a grand opening sometime before Christmas. I now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

This is an important announcement from me, J. Jonah Jameson. Who else would have the power to break into your regularly scheduled programming like this. Well, maybe Stan Lee, but he's probably having a nap right about now. So here is an update about the Marvel Street Theater as it goes into phase two of construction. Ground floor lighting has been installed, entrance floor pattern has been picked out and all the walls have been finished. What you see here is a little better outline of what it's going to look like, I probably can't get back to it again until next week, though. I have to pick up some materials to finish the outside of the building.

The Marvel Movie Theater- Phase 3. This will give you an idea of how long ago I started planing this piece, the 2 Pop Corn containers were purchased at Target about 3 years ago in the dollar section. I just dug them out from under the table today, which led to the next flash. I wondered what tap lights would look like in them.
