I thought I’d start a thread for the Alley Viper & B.A.T news and pick ups.

Got some BATs from Pulse and just got a couple more that arrived from Dorkside! BATs are my all-time favorite characters from GI Joe, so it’s a thrill to get them in this line now!

Found one lone Bat at a Target. I was technically done with these guys but I just couldn’t leave it so I ended up getting him. He rang up 19.99 so I didn’t feel too bad. I was really hoping for an Alley Viper though as I don’t have him and still waiting on preorders.

Blast these army builders!!!

My Target restocked today so I grabbed all 3 B.A.T.s & left the 2 Alley Vipers. I think I am officially done with this wave.

I left behind two each of the BAT and Alley Viper at Target. I'm sticking to three army builders and will wait on Dorkside to send one more of each. I might end up with four BATs if Gamestop ever ships. It's good to see them in Target. A month ago, I wasn't so sure my store would get any with the movie figures, Jaye, and CC hanging around. My store must have had two cases because they had to two Gung-Ho. They moved some figures to an end cap and the army builders were mixed in with excess DC McFarlane and AOA X-Men on a stand alone shelf display in the middle of the main aisle between toys and electronics.

These two troop builders were never "on my list." I didn't own them as a kid but I loved the BAT's removable hand. I still prefer the yellow and black Alley Viper, but what're you gonna do?

Once I saw how the Hasbro team knocked these out of the freaking ballpark, I said "List be damned!" and pre-ordered them.

I'm in Japan though and ordered from BBTS so I guarantee I'll be the last person on this board that gets these.

I don't think I'll be able to resist scouring etsy for someone that makes the clear cast of the chest piece for the BAT either....in my opinion it takes an already amazing figure to the next level.

Naturally on the day I decide to sleep in, I see a bunch of local folks finding the seat our local Targets. I have one BAT that FBD got me, so I only need one more.

I saw 3 bats at the Walmart in Longmont CO if anyone in the area needs any. I grabbed the 2 Alley Vipers.

My Walmart is never going to sell through all the Snake Eyes movie figures. There has to be close to 20 figures on the shelf. To make matters worse, my store is terrible at clearancing toys too.

I really want to try and stick to just the two Alley Vipers I already but I just know I'll crack the moment I see those on shelf in store. That was probably my absolute favorite Cobra design when I was a kid.
