I received an email reminder from GameStop for the upcoming release of my Spirit and Stormshadow order on Jan 31st. Once I get a ship notice I will cancel the PO at the other site I ordered from as well since they are showing a Jul release. I am thoroughly excited for both and can’t wait to add them to my GI Joe shelve.

Most excited for Stalker, I love the scarf they gave him. I'll get Tomax and Xamot, but I'm feeling like a lot of the rest are passes unless they did something better with the Baroness' elbows or I decide I need more Vipers.

Hopefully, Stalker is a bit brighter, as the render looks really dark. Hard to even see the camo pattern. I like the scarf and that without it he probably looks rather classic.

Tomax and Xamot are great. Suprised, they're so true to RAH. I wonder if the modernization of characters is over.

Gung-Ho looks great.

I have so many Vipers, but I'll get some these 3pks just for variety. May have to unload some of the Vipers I have to compensate.

Retro Destro looks amusing just for his eyebrows. Neat to get Baroness out there again, I'll get one just to have. I don't feel a need for another Lady Jaye.

I have no need for O-Ring stuff. I did find it amusing mentioning the Cobra Infantry doesn't come with a character so you won't end up with a bunch of the character. I don't think anyone wants even amounts of Officers and Infantry. Shame this wasn't at least a 3pk with 2 Infantry.

Did not make it sound like pre-orders would go up soon. Explained they're expanding the reveal window now to include digital renders, before showing physical products and then announce pre-orders at a later date.

Yeah, the Crimson Twins make it evident that they're not even trying to pretend the line isn't just "vintage toys but better and bigger." I know they said they didn't want to do that two years ago, but clearly that's what most fans want.

I didn't like wave one except for Destro, but I really did like the small updates on Destro and Zartan, and even the complete makeover on Firefly.

Looks like I'll be double dipping once they make all the figures straight remakes of the 80s figures though....I can't resist that.

Tomax and Xamot look amazing, and are must-haves for me. Stalker looks awesome; looking forward to seeing what accessories he comes with. Glad to see Baroness getting a retro release; she looks good, though I'm happy with the one I already have. Interested in the Viper 3 Pack if it doesn't sell out the minute it goes up. I don't care about the Viper Officer, but two is the perfect number of Vipers for me, and I never saw them around here. I was sort of hoping they'd update the arms to the rolled sleeve look, now that they have the parts, but I still like these.
