Re: Fury Toys Samurai Turtles
That's fair. I was wondering why there hadn't been any actual updates or pre-orders going up outside of the one site. Which makes me wonder what THAT place is basing their order numbers on. IS that still honored somehow? I don't understand.

Are there any legit companies with Crocker in stock? I’ve been looking for one and haven’t found one yet.

Re: Fury Toys Samurai Turtles
I ended up buying one off eBay. I still have my BBTS order in, cause I would like a second, but I got a bit impatient waiting...

Re: Fury Toys Samurai Turtles
That's because it HAS been forever. Wish I knew what was going on there. This is like the one import item that BBTS is actually CHEAPER than every other source I've found, so I'm keeping my order with them. Wonder why 5K didn't carry this guy...-Fenrys- wrote: ↑Tue Feb 07, 2023 2:37 pmI feel like I've been waiting on BBTS to get theirs in for foreverJabbaCollector wrote: ↑Wed Feb 01, 2023 5:44 amAre there any legit companies with Crocker in stock? Re: Fury Toys Samurai Turtles
The guy who does these Turtles has a new post on bilibili today. It's for the monster Santa figure he's working on, but of course people are asking him about the Turtles. Not really anything new to report, he's basically answering "soon" and saying how they're waiting for a slot at the factories, which are busier after the Lunar New Year. Things are ready on his end, just waiting on production, the same sort of things we basically already knew.

Re: Fury Toys Samurai Turtles
I do not know the source of this image. It was posted in the comment section of the latest video on the creator's Bilibili page. The translated text reads "Einstein is taller than Da Vinci in some settings, but thin and tall. The four turtles have different body shapes, and it is wrong for the same body shape to be one head taller. Is this a set?" The creator has not responded.

My initial impression is that if this is a finalized, re-sized version, that the proportions seem a bit off. The shell looks far too small, for example. We'll see what the final painted version ends up looking like, I just hope that the complaining from folks who don't know the difference between "size" and "scale" didn't muck this one up too much.

Re: Fury Toys Samurai Turtles
I am OK with Donnie being taller, like the 2012 series and the IDW comics

Re: Fury Toys Samurai Turtles
I don't mind him being taller either, though this is maybe a bit more than I'd prefer, but if it was gonna get that much of a redesign I think it should've been all new parts. And maybe there's more new there than I think, we'll have to see once fuller pics are revealed. I know that I feel the shell looks too small right now, at least from this angle. Kind of looks like he's just wearing a backpack.
It is in fact growing on me the more I look at it though.

I can't see it at home either. But there is an easy workaround:

Re: Fury Toys Samurai Turtles
Hmph, It does look a little weird in the picture. I like the idea of height variance, this is a little extreme though because of the proportions. The head was already a little small on Leo but I didn't mind... the same size head on the larger body makes him look weirdly human from this angle... his shell looks like a back pack. I liked the very creature-ish look of Leo. But this could be a one off proto or something. Might also look better posed or from face on.

Yes, this is a good way of putting what looks off about it to me.AgentLionel wrote: ↑Fri Feb 10, 2023 10:32 pmthe same size head on the larger body makes him look weirdly human from this angle... his shell looks like a back pack. I liked the very creature-ish look of Leo.
