Well I ended up ordering a couple of Mouser sets from Aliexpress. This is my first time purchasing from the site so we'll see how it goes.

Wouldn't worry too much about buying from this seller, he has mainly positive feedback and I've heard others that had good experiences with him.
Bit odd that he hasn't uploaded pictures of the actual item though. Usually Aliexpress sellers start with stock photo's (probably because they want the listing up as soon as possible) and then add pictures of the actual box later. Then again, he also has Hunchback Leo in stock and we've seen an in hand image of that one.

I don’t think they’d do that as a con exclusive, but rather as a NECA Store pre-order like the city diorama and Turtle Van. I know they did the movie diorama as a SDCC but that was basically the same as the general release one save for some graffiti effects.

Whatever it is, I'm bracing for something like a $200 price tag. Last year's Channel 6 bundle was 175, and you know the online orders will probably have some swag attached to it that no one asked for. I'm curious to see what they came up with, but part of me hopes it's something I don't want.

With how much I've been spending on toys this year, I feel the same. Please don't let it be a human Splinter and mini turtle set, other than that I can't think of anything else.

Shoot, I could see a Hamato Yoshi and little turtles being a "perfect" SDCC set (in the sense that it's not a "necessary character" figure etc). Throw in some pink glowing lights or something for the mutation. That could be pretty neat.

I just don't think they'd do the Samurai Turtles so soon after doing the Ooze Turtles. Doesn't seem to make a lot of sense... Then again, maybe they'll just be like "here's your dirty filth, have at it!" and want it over with. So hey.

It is “Comic” Con, so it seems like a good place to reintroduce the Mirage turtles. Probably with something extra for the exclusive, like the street dios the originals came with, but different.

Just another heads up: that Aliexpress seller that has Usagi and the mouser pack in stock should also be getting toon Tokka and Rahzar soon.

There's a pretty long discussion going on in a facebook group and many people have confirmed that this is a trusted seller. You will be getting the exact same product you would buy at Target, box and all.

Id love to get these guys in a 4 pack, They wouldnt event need too many new parts

They can keep the existing modular heads and create new tops with the glasses in different colors. They would even be compatible with the existing heads
they can get away with 1 mold for the jacketed arms
1 mold for the sneakers just painted in different colors
the legs/hands from existing figures
the only new pieces would be unique torsos for the 4 different jackets
