I kinda hope they refund everyone's money and re-offer the unfulfilled figures through NECA's own site. I know this is selfish, but I'd like to get the Mutant Shredder and the street thug guy but didn't want to commit to Loot Crate.

Yeah, no, I definitely would've bought Danny, but I would've grumbled about him being $30.

I probably wouldn't have bought Danny if I could buy the stuff separately, and while some new shirts are nice to have, I would much rather not pay for the extra junk either.

I absolutely would've bought shirts, hats, patches, mugs, etc. (not a big pin/button person, though), but definitely not at the inflated "exclusive" prices, and would definitely have wanted the choice.

That's in a perfect world, so I'm fine with what we had to do/get, I just want them to fulfill their end, and in a timely manner, without worrying me.

Likewise selfishly I'd be happy about that solution. I didn't order Loot Crate because I only wanted Armaggon and was stressing about how I was going to get ahold of him. Being able to buy him directly would certainly be a bonus for me. But I definitely feel bad about whatever is happening to those who bought in for the full series.

Hopefully LootCrate will straighten out whatever logistical tangles they have and send people what they paid for.

The lootcrate site updated all of its current crates to June-July.

We’ll see…

They've been updating it like this every month. Not sure why they even bother at this point.

As far as I can tell other crates are shipping out periodically. No clue if they are behind schedule like our TMNT crates. My guess is they are but at least something is still shipping. That lets me cling onto hope. If all their lines stopped shipping I would be concerned that they are closing down and our money and figures are a lost cause.

It looks like over on toynewsi they got a response from Loot Crate, and it more or less just says the TMNT Figures are still coming, and they expect them anywhere from Q2-Q3.

Kind of vague, but at least they acknowledge they still plan on them releasing, and actually sent out a response proving someone is alive over there at the Crate.

Was it Enzo? I saw someone got a response from him about "escalating your request for a refund," which sounds like something that will go no where.
